Fantastic staff and fully recommend.

 Deb K and Gem were really helpful even with 7 of us turning up for food without warning. Food was delicious and chicken was really juicy. Will call it a hidden treasure.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Swansea. Perfect location, parking, welcome, room, food and access to the Swansea Arena and shppping. Rachel and Leanne were absolute stars. Our dinner last night was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. Would highly recommended. We will definitely revisit ❤️

Great location for what I needed..would recommend and would stay there again when the time arises.stsff were helpfull.room was spotless and comfortable.great value.very little noise which allowed me to sleep soundly.

This is an excellent Travelodge in terms of the service received and the amenities provided. 

The welcome was absolutely superb by employees that you can tell care about the business and its customers,  professional, friendly and efficient nothing was too much trouble for them to make a guest's stay memorable for all the right reasons.

The rooms have recently been given the Travelodge New Look which is very nice, the room was definitely more welcoming and spotlessly clean. The mattress, duvet and pillows were excellent and aided a wonderful night's sleep.

The weak water pressure from the shower was the only issue that I had with the lodge.

The compact restaurant and bar area was cozy and provided a great hot and cold buffet eat as much as you like breakfast which was a brilliant start to the day.

The location of the lodge is very convenient for the shopping district and the nightlife centre, the railway station is a fifteen-minute walk away and its ten minute's walk to the central bus station. 

Overall ten out of ten for the Travelodge Swindon Central 


we stayed here for the swansea Christmas light switch on and parade with our children. as always the staff were excellent. Rhys is always welcoming and our daughter loved helping him out wiping the tables down lol. Donna,maxine and con always made sure we had plenty of towels etc and Gemma and Alison were there to keep our kids entertained. the Christmas parade went right past the hotel which was brilliant and the staff were more than happy to open the bar doors so our children could watch from the balcony. we will have no problems staying here again when we visit our family next time. its always a lovely stay 🙂

What a clean well run Travelodge!!!

I must give a “ golden star” to Debbie and Gemma … they really helped out in a difficult situation with  a professional and helpful attitude .
When in Swansea try the Travelodge you will not be disappointed 

I had a great time here the rooms were clean and tidy I would come here again been here many times before me and my friends stayed here a lot it's near shops and theatrestaff were very  nice and helpful 

Great hotel, great staff and food lovely.
Room was clean and comfy.
Only negative was church bells striking all night marking every 15min.
Very annoying when I wanted the window open for some air.
Wouldn't put me off though, I will stay again but ask for a room on the front

Having read some of the reviews we were sceptical about our stay but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very central, cinema across the road and very near to lots of places to eat. There was very little noise even though near the main road. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at this location.

Once again we had a lovely stay at Swansea Central. we were greeted by Rhys on reception who is as always friendly and willing to help. some other friendly faces whilst staying were Gemma and Tasha who never had a problem when we asked for things. the hotel has just recently had a fefurb and the housekeepers Donna, maxine and cornelia have done a really good job in keeping it all looking fresh. The manager sarah is always polite and helpful. This hotel is always the one to stay at if your visiting swansea 👌

Cold night in January

The hotel is very handy for the bars and restaurants on Wind Street, as well as the theatre, shops and museums.
There was some noise from Wind Street (about 200m away), but to be expected on a Friday and Saturday night. That's probably the reason a lot of people stay here, and probably not as noisy as the Premier Inn, which is even closer!
There is no air conditioning, and the window only opens slightly, so if the weather is hot it may be uncomfortable.
We ate breakfast here, but on an evening there will be plenty of choice of restaurants. I particularly recommend El Fuego.
I would stay here again.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, easy check in and out, polite professional staff and very good value for money and excellent location.  Would recommend to friends definitely stay again
