Excellent stay in triple room with my mum and daughter. The Hosts were Friendly and welcoming ,the guest house / room was very clean and the facilities were fab. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. Great location for NEC.

Nice room and breakfast room opposite where you can help yourself.
Convenient for NEC was about £13 taxi fare. Room was large enough for 3 adults and had lots of mirrors for make up( we were off to a Star Trek convention so had costumes and make up to put on) very reasonable price too. Enjoyed the Toby Carvery which is 5 minutes walk away.

The accommodation can't be faulted- clean rooms with nice shower and the shared kitchen area, well stocked up, was very pleasant and appreciated. Also, I was the only one there so it was even better. Free parking outside and very fast wifi.
I think it is expensive for a bed and breakfast stay though, and paying cash is a little strange in this day and age.
The room has blinds but they let in light and I strongly suggest that this is attended to as it does not allow a good night's sleep. A nice Indian restaurant and a Toby Carvery are within walking distance. It's easy to find.

Very nice room with 3 beds. Very clean and spacious. Very quiet. Breakfast was selfservice continental in a seperate very well equipped kitchen shared by all 3 bedrooms. Very handy for M42 and M6. Bit offputting that 3 beds just for me but informed of this while making the booking. No facility to pay by credit card which could have been potentially embarassing.

Short stay at Birmingham

We arrived late to this B&B (9:30pm) driven by other B&B's owner who doesn't have any room even we book one of him 3 days before by Booking.com! The room was correct with a very small bathroom. Beds are a little soft. The lady said us the price will be 90£ (the price for the previous B&B) and will received the amount tomorrow morning when will leave at 8:15am. The price seems me high for the quality of this B&B. I Iooked for on booking.com and see the price was 65£ for the room. It's not a real B&B as you have to prepare your breakfast with no fresh foods.
We did not see any people in the morning when we left the room and put the money on the table!
