What a lovely boutique b&b this is.  Sadly we were only booked in for the one night as we would happily have stayed longer.  The welcome was warm and friendly, the room large and immaculately clean having bottled water as well as tea and coffee making facilities is a lovely touch.  Having an iron, ironing board and hairdryer is a bonus. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty.  Thank you

We booked a 1 night stay , Tracy and Paul have done a great job on the 2 letting rooms, ideally situated at the front of the house on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Room was immaculate and breakfast was excellent. Would we stay here again - oh yes. Well done on producing a high standard of room.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast.  The host went out of her way to accommodate our needs.  The room worked well for us and the bath was well appointed. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it!  Thanks again, for your hospitality.

I stayed at Angsana house for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding and simply can not fault it. Tracy was warm and welcoming on arrival. The rooms were well equipped with everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order along with fresh fruit, cereal and juice. The breakfast area was beautiful and the whole set up was really well thought out. Tracy went above and beyond for my stay, in fact even helping me source a hairdressers before i arrived and I can not thank her enough. I wish I could move Tracy and her Wonderful B & B to every town or city I visit as I would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed two nights after our arrival at Heathrow after long haul flight. Owner was very obliging and ensured our room was kept quiet whilst we tried to sleep during the day.
The room was clean and well maintained. The BNB is situated in a quiet street so very little noise.
Breakfast is cooked fresh and very tasty. For the evening meal there is a pub within walking distance.
Plenty of parking in the front yard.

What a perfect place to stay. Tracy welcomed us into her home and was really friendly and helpful.  The cleanliness of the room and facilities are testament to her hard work.  Comfortable bed and good choice of hot drinks as well as bottled water.  Ensuite was very clean with good towels and complimentary toiletries.  Breakfast could not have been better - delicious!  Would highly recommend.

This was such a great place to stay. Fantastic location, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, so clean and good shower! Tracy was so helpful too. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you
