What a gorgeous place this is. The views are incredible. It is centrally located. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The host is gorgeous, very friendly and helpful. She makes the bed everyday and replenishes the towels and also the tea/coffee tray. I cannot fault this b&b and would highly recommend!

We booked the guest house for our honeymoon, we ignored the very few bad reviews as there was so many good ones, SO GLAD WE DID. The guest house is BEAUTIFUL! It’s immaculate and absolutely spotless. Pat welcomed us as soon as we pulled up and offered us free parking for the week. Nothing was any trouble at all. Our room was stunning, bright clean and a high standard, it had everything you need. The views are breath taking morning, day and night. We went out every day and when we returned the room had been cleaned, bed freshly made and new clean towels etc. it was a 2 minute walk into town and the harbour. I 100% recommend this place. There’s no breakfast included which is what we wanted so we can go out and do what we like at what time we like. Thank you Pat. Sarah and Rob xxxxx

We booked to go to St Ives and this property stood out as being centrally located with sea views. Due to covid we didn't expect any breakfast services and were given helpful directions to nearby eateries. 

If you are driving, look at either booking parking or parking a bit further out as you don't need your car in St Ives and there are limited facilities available. You'll also find the property is at the top of a winding hill and driving is a little scary!

We stayed for three nights and booked a seaview room - wow - what a view - the guest house is on the hillside of St Ives and you get a panoramic view of the harbour and other bay. The room was lovely - bright and spotlessly clean. The lady who owned it was so lovely and very informative on places to go. Ten out of ten for this guest house - would definitely recommend!

very nice accommodation, rooms with a view, locate right in the town centre, typical English breakfast, new shower, in walking  to the Tate and Barbara Hepworth museum, finding a parking spot was a bit difficult

We were fortunate to have the corner room with its breathtaking view over St Ives. It was spacious and comfortable and had a lightweight summer quilt on the bed which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom has one of the best makeup mirrors I’ve come across. Cooked breakfast is ordered the night before and eaten in the dining room, with another great view!

Beautiful Guesthouse, 2 streets back from St Ives Promenade and shopping street.
Steep hill up to the property but amazing views when you do get there.
Pat the owner has to be my favourite ever hostess, nothing was a problem. Hot breakfast could be pre-ordered the night before at your specified time. There's cereals, fruit and yoghurts a plenty and enough tea/coffee and toast to start any day off properly.
Rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated, our room had a modern bathroom with rainfall shower. Tea & Coffee in the rooms and huge wardrobe with an elephants share of coat hangers which is a rarity.
The view from the bedrooms and the dining room is the icing on the cake. Stunning.

We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. The room had the most incredible view over the harbour from one window, and the rest of St Ives and the Cornish coastline out of the other. The room and rest of guest house was exceptionally clean. The shower room looked new and was modern with a great shower. You can choose your time for breakfast and what you want to eat the night before. We were lucky enough to be able to park in front of the guest house in allocated space. Pat was a lovely lady who was very friendly and welcoming. Guest house was in a fantastic location, very central. Would definitely recommend.

Currently staying at guest house. Fantastic location right by the shops, restaurants and the pier. Lovely owners who are friendly and helpful. 
Spotlessly clean rooms!! New towels and room given a daily spring clean whilst we stayed.

An absolutely superb stay at Palma Guest House. We stayed in a sea/harbour view and the view was fantastic, could not have hoped for me. The room was bright and airy, which I feel other photos haven’t quite justified. Pat is such a lovely host and open for a chat whenever she is around, and it’s a very homely feeling environment. The walk into central St. Ives is just minutes, which makes everything so convenient. If anybody is staying in St. Ives, I personally would recommend - a hidden little gem.
