I’ve stayed many times and it’s always a pleasure to stay. The hotel is always spotless clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Car parking is ideal and the hotel is quiet 

Currently staying for 2 nights while visiting my partner- lovely staff, very well maintained and spotless rooms, nice area tucked back from traffic disturbance, good connecting wifi etc. definitely will be staying here again!

Once again we stayed at a Premier Inn and were amazed to see that standards that we have come to expect have not been lowered. From the first minute of arrival to departure you have confidence in the staff to deliver despite having paid a modest fee compared to other Hotel Chains. Full Marks !!

All the staff at the premier inn are really friendly! It’s a lovely place to visit especially when you’re away from home on your own!
It’s soo nice to finish work and have a jovial conversation before you retire for your evening! The beds are new and VERY comfortable and there is also new carpets and heaters! Cozy!!!

We arrived on the 2nd of Jan and we stayed for approx a week. All I can say is that Gary and his wonderful team were just a step above the rest. I have 2 disabled daughters and we were up visiting me eldest. We had required a quiet room as the girls have sensory requirements and what can I say. The room was quiet and comfortable. They had even left Christmas cards and gifts for the girls and that made them feel welcome. The whole team were understanding of my girls medical requirements and gave us fresh towels and bedding as and when we needed. Everyone made an effort with us and made us feel so welcome. Much less to the restaurant who on the first night we ate left us standing and ignored us. Then when they did see us they just stared at us. Not great when my children have disabilities. There was one young lad behind the bar that made a fantastic effort with them so for that I thank you. If it wasn't for him I would of walked out. The second night I ate with my eldest daughter and we were served by Natalie and again the young lad behind the bar recognised us and came and spoke to my girls. They both were fantastic and the rest of the team in the restaurant need to take lessons from them and all the staff at Premier Inn. Gary you have no idea how much impact you had on my girls and made time for them whenever you saw them so thank you. More premier inns need to take a page out of Gary's book. 

We enjoyed a spacious, modern, well appointed bedroom with a large comfy bed. The standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located right next door to a Beefeater Inn which offers meal deals from the hotel. An enjoyable overnight stop.

The hotel is a 3 minute drive to my daughte so we wanted to be close to her and we combined the trip with tge chance to see Rod Stewart at the M&S Arena, 25 to 30 mins away, so the hotel was perfect for us. All the staff we met were lovely. 

I would recommend St Helens Premier Inn. It is a smaller Premier Inn with fantastic service levels.  Staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating.  On my second stay I had a problem with the hairdryer and it was sorted immediately.  Apart from that there were no problems and staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful

All the staff are very professional and courteous. They actually made my Wife and I feel really relaxed and as if in our second home. We have no hesitation in booking St Helens South again and look forward to the hospitality and banter that comes with their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you.

We stayed here as we had a family occasion. Absolutely amazing team who always give the best service. Great comfy beds. Will definitely stay here again! Shout out to David who helped with the check in on arrival. Credit to the team!

Gary and his team made us feel more than just guests

Superb staff

We arrived to stay over night whilst visiting family for my birthday. The guy on reception, Gary was lovely and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable we even had a small gift in our room from the hotel team for my birthday. Its rare to find a big chain that delivers such personal touches! We had an evening meal in the Beefeater restaurant which was beautifully cooked and will definitely be back to stay again :)

Great stay with wonderful staff

I used this hotel for two days as i came visiting and it was brilliant really clean everyone was very friendly and always ready to help and make my stay feel as good and comfortable as possible Sharon, Gary, Lisa and jayne. They were great helped out alot as i had never been to this city before always advised me and helped me with any requests i had

Brilliant stay

Its a chain hotel, they don't vary much.  A large comfortable bed in a reasonably large room.  No problem with noise, pretty clean,  very helpful receptionists,  plenty of parking.  

The location is an industrial estate so I wouldn't stay for the view!  My pet hate with Premier Inn, wifi that works is extra,  the free one is a waste of time. The adjoining Beefeater was a mixed bag.  The breakfast was pretty good and the waiting staff were excellent.  The evening meal was a dofferent matter.  The choice was limited, the service was very slow and teh food very average when it did arrive.  With one exception, the staff weren't very engaged

Came here over the weekend Gary the hotel manager was friendly and accommodating over my questions about the meal deal in the beefeater next door. Room was spotless, the restaurant was really busy but Naomi who served us was brilliant and the food was great. Same again for breakfast in the morning, definitely will return
