What a fabulous place to say.  Beautiful accommodation and surroundings. Our room was so comfy and clean and welcoming. The breakfasts were so delicious, food was plentiful.  No need for any lunch!! The hosts were amazing, and so friendly. Will definitely be returning to your gorgeous home. We had a wonderful stay with you. Thank you for making our holiday so special and stress free.

The place was immaculate and quiet. There was a village shop and, a pub serving food within walking distance. There is plenty to do in the area. We visited the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey and Charlestown. 

Stayed in the Rashleigh room lovely large bedroom and ensuite with bath and shower, spotlessly clean with a good selection of teas and coffee. Great selection for breakfast. Andy and Wendy are perfect hosts and very knowledgeable about the local area. 

Beautiful location set in a lovely little village within close proximity to the Eden Project, Charlestown and Foley. 

We stayed in the Rashleigh room which was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We even asked if it had been recently redecorated! The room facilities were excellent including the wonderfully comfortable bed, bath and power shower and smart TV. The tea/coffee making facilities and bath/shower toiletries were a lovely added touch and well appreciated!! 

Andy and Wendy were fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome. They went above and beyond not only with their extensive breakfast selection (fresh fruit, cereals, juices, tea/coffee and cooked breakfast) but also with their hosting services including their invaluable knowledge of the local area. They even provided maps for us of highlighted must see locations, scenic routes, perfect beaches and offered to reserve restaurants. 
For us, their hosting and wonderful hospitality made our stay. We cannot recommend this B&B enough!! Their hard work really shone through- Beautiful house, beautiful couple, fantastic stay to a stunning part of the country. 

Andy and Wendy are brilliant hosts. So welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable!
The B&B itself feels so homely, with a spotlessly clean room and en-suite. 
We both agreed the best nights sleep on a really comfortable bed! The breakfasts were wonderful, cooked really well with good produce, very filling !!
Definitely worth a visit, whether visiting the Eden project which is just minutes away, as well as being quite central to Fowey, Charlestown, Lanhydrock .
We cannot recommend this B & B highly enough !

Myself and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at The Old Vicarage. 
We stayed in the Rashleigh room which was extremely comfortable with a large ensuite.  The breakfasts were very tasty and Wendy and Andy were brilliant hosts.

We visited the Old Vicarage last week . Lovely people , excellent setting , superb house and fittings . Fine and well cooked breakfasts .  . Just all round GOOD . ! On arrival , we were greeted by the owner who had spent two years re- furnishing the house . The quality of the workmanship was just superb . Gardens lovely and accessible . We really could not fault the place ., and will go back again . Lots to see in the area , including the Eden Project . We were delighted with the whole experience .

What a really nice place. made feel welcome on our arrival by Andy. Our room was very homely and very clean. Nothin was to much trouble. Andy and Wendy were  very catering for our breakfast needs. We were approximately 10 minutes from the Eden project which was our purpose of our visit. Would recommend a stay here and would definitely book again.

What a lovely, lovely place run by equally lovely people. The old vicarage was a little difficult to find but believe me it was well worth it. Our accommodation was spotless and comfortable and also very safe during these COVID times. Andy and Wendy are fabulous hosts, providing everything needed for a great stay in Cornwall. The breakfasts were fab and the hosts so interested in their guests, felt like a real home from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Old Vicarage. Superb!

Just got home from a 4 night break at The Old Vicarage, wish it had been longer, the b & b was spotless and very tastefully decorated, in fact it is one of the nicest places we have stayed puts many larger hotels to shame, Andy and Wendy were wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable about the area, the breakfasts were second to none so fresh and set you up for the day, we cannot wait to return and can certainly recommend this wonderful B&B

Lovely place

Excellent Cornish stay

This B&B must be one of the best we have ever used.  The rooms are modern with very comfortable beds and up to date en-suites.  The breakfasts are superb and Andy and Wendy are tremendous hosts who really look after you.  They can provide maps of a variety of interesting and different out of the way places to visit and only 2 miles from the Eden Project.  To add to this, the local village pub The Kings Arms, is a typical village pub with great atmosphere, good locally brewed beer and good old fashioned pub grub. 
Definitely will use this establishment again. Worth every penny.

Ideal location

This was a last minute booking and lucky for us the old vicarage had a room.
All we needed was a room and to come and go as we pleased for 2 nights. Andy was most accommodating for our needs... the breakfasts smelled wonderful and unfortunately we had prior engagements with family and events, to sample the delights.
Many thanks for a clean tidy and well presented room,tis a shame we could stay longer this time.
But what a find though... A must..

Accommodation needed for a flying visit on a bank holiday weekend

Just returned from an excellent 4 night stay at the Old Vicarage. From arrival to departure this b&b ticked all the boxes for the perfect place to stay. The standard of the accommodation is very high and the attention to detail throughout is faultless.
The Old Vicarage is very well placed for visiting many of the beautiful places that Cornwall has to offer. Yet in a peaceful village where you can still feel you are away from it all.There is an excellent breakfast on offer each morning, with plenty of choice of locally sourced food. very well served by the friendly welcoming owners.The sausages were so good, we needed to enquire where they were from so as we could buy some to take home. My visit to this b&b will stay with me as being one of the very best b&b's I have ever stayed in. So thank you to Wendy & Andy Cottrill for a most wonderful stay. Hopefully we will return again sometime.
