We had a three night stay in The Wharncliffe as gift from our son & daughter-in-law. Gift is a total understatement. This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Our room overlooked the north beach and we spent hours just basking in the stunning views. The room itself was clean, bright, comfortable and roomy. Derek & Ann have made everything safe and worry free during the Covid epidemic. The breakfast was to die for. Home made sausages where amazing and a different flavour every morning. We stayed in room 4 and would recommend it if you want a room where you can literally spend hours in front of the window being amazed by the view. Derek and Ann made our stay such a pleasurable experience. Derek is the perfect gentleman and has a wealth of interesting stories he loves to share and we where only to pleased to listen. If you want a perfect few nights away then this is the place to stay. You wont be disappointed.
