Was let down by another hotel whilst working in Solihull and remembered staying here a few years ago. Been refurbed since i was here and is also in the process of further upgrades. I think they said the gym etc is not open till May. However, the room i had was excellent and was all i needed. The bar area was spot on as well with a separate Sports bar area so good for all. However, the biggest compliment was to the staff. ALL that I/we encountered were personable, professional, and just very good. Excellent breakfast as well. If you need a hotel in Solihull, in my opinion, you cant go wrong here. We will be back.
