Just got back from a long weekend. The b&b is superb very good value for money. .can't fault it. Clean . friendly.perfect breakfast ,close to all amenities But not on top of it.within walking distance to everything. free .parking available will definitely return 

Stayed 4 nights this week, Mac made us so welcome,  nice room comfy bed on suite great breakfast and WiFi. Easy enough parking for at least 4 cars. Recommend and will return one day. Thank you mac and mandy

Just had a 2 night stay, a lovely warm welcome from Mac. A few rules to obey regarding covid, we stayed in room 6 what a lovely room,very light and airy.The bathroom was brilliant. The breakfast was very good with a good selection and freshly cooked.

Lovely atmosphere with friendly owners that made you feel at home.

The room was comfortable, a decent size and clean. Breakfast was delicious and a good portion size. 

Would definitely love to visit again

Just finished a weekend away with my partner to relax at Skegness. This B&B was the star attraction. Just off of the main drag so nice and quiet, but close to every amenity.

The place is clean, tidy and cosy.  Mac was an absolute gem of a human being and made us feel very welcome, despite us accidentally setting off the fire alarm! Fair warning to close the en suite doors when showering!

The breakfast was nice and professionally done. All it needs is a little black pudding eh!

100% recommend, and I will be back.

Just stayed here recently for a couple of nights.  Mac & Mandy are really nice, friendly people and the accommodation has a very relaxed feel about it as soon as you enter.  Excellent guesthouse which has immaculately clean rooms.  All the things you would expect from a decent place with some nice extra touches in the bathroom, cotton slippers in sealed bags, bath robes, with drink making kit and free wifi in the bedroom.  The location is about 5 minutes from the beach and main High Street and has off road parking.  The breakfast was faultless, I went for the full English with toast and marmalade, cereals, juices are all available, I didn't need to eat again until the evening.  I hope to return again in the future and would highly recommend to others. Thanks M & M, regards Gary P.

Nice breakfast, nice place to stay. Not far from seafront and main shopping areas.       very clean room and parking available.friendly owners hot drinks in room with plenty of refreshments soap shampoo shower cap all provided shower easy to use

We stayed here for two days at the end of our east coast road trip and it finished on a real high. The Chalfonts is on a very quiet street which is literally a minute's walk from the high street and beach, you couldn't be any closer. The hotel is very clean and welcoming and Mac couldn't do enough for you, he's a real gentleman. The breakfast was delicious, you picked what you wanted the day before and when you came down it was ready for you. The bedrooms had everything you needed and we slept like babies after being at the beach all day. Highly recommended!

Just back today from a 3 night stay. Felt very safe under these current circumstances, the management went above and beyond to follow guidelines. Breakfast was fabulous nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate would definitely recommend we will be booking again.

Just spend the wewkend here for the bikers weekend meet up,  lovely place Mac was so welcoming Mrs Mac also lovely and chatty breakfast was really nice bedroom nice and clean comfy bed thank you both for a great stay.

Nice breakfast, nice place to stay. Not far from seafront and main shopping areas. Only thing i could moan about was the mattress was old and was not good for my back. But the great thing was that it was near to restaurants and has off the road parking places. My partner liked it and we will go there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. For a great price, so much is included. A great location,  and a superb breakfast as well as tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. The owner was very welcoming and chatty on check in and at breakfast. 

Rooms were spotlessly clean and were very cosy, yet spacious. 

Free toiletries were also includes and there are also ironing facilities and a hair dryer. 

Dietary needs are also no problem. I emailed a few weeks before asking about vegan options and they went above and beyond to get soya milk and veggie sausages, as well as ensure my food wasn't cooked in butter. This was really personal and made me feel like they really cared about my experience with them. 

We would definitely stay here again when we return to skeg.

Mac and Mandy run this licensed clean B and B in Skegness in a quite area, we had a,garden view but all views would be quiet, There Is  ample parking..The Chalfonts is in an excellent position for beach,shops, bars ext. we stayed here for 3 nights 8/10th Sept and had a lovely room superior double No 6 it had a massive ensuite also bathrobes and slippers were provided along with a fan should one be required.and toiletries, kettle, tea ,coffee, milk and bottled water  which were replenished daily..the hairdryer. (For me didn't get that hot so glad I had my own) trouser press along hall for guest use,..Good cooked English  breakfast along with cereals fruit juice ect will deffo return here when next in Skeg ..
