The Huntsman of Little Wenlock

Four of us last visited in March 2022 and, at the time, we expressed the view we would like to return. We did so for three nights over New Year and were delighted to find that the high standards continue. We stayed in the Wrekin and Ercall rooms, both of which were well equipped and spotlessly clean. Wi fi was excellent. The only downside was that the Wrekin room was relatively small and did not have a chair which presented a problem for one of the party who had recently had a hip operation. Problem was however quickly solved by management which squeezed a chair in for us. We booked the restaurant for all three nights and, as before, there was an extensive choice and the food was well prepared with such substantial portions that no one managed three courses. Breakfast too was freshly prepared. The Huntsman is very popular locally, evidenced by having several draught real ales on offer and both the restaurant and bar were always busy, Service throughout the visit was superb.
