We regularly stay in the Premier Inn Central Preston as it is so convenient for everything we want to do.  The rooms are excellent, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and good facilities.  The staff are always excellent, so friendly but efficient; breakfast is great and sets you up for the day.  I fully recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at Preston central Premier Inn. We were really impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Mikey, Ismail and Phoenix who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Very clean rooms and handy location. Highly recommended.

This hotel is the best hotel ever we have nice staff like Mikey ,kev,Philip , Aleex and Sue. I have stayed here lots I love coming back to see the staff they are the best ever. They make every stay fun are always friendly and helpful and I’m such a regular customer. All I wanted for my birthday was to come and stay here from Ruby age 10 nearly 11

Myself and my partner stayed in  Preston Premier Central as my daughter had recently got married in Las Vegas and was having a reception party at a venue in the city centre. The room was basic but had everything you would need and was clean and warm. We got back to the hotel in the wee small hours, my partner was rather drunk but by the time I had got ready for bed he was fast asleep so I got in bed and was soon asleep.
When morning came my partner asked if I slept well, I said yes but to my surprise he said he hadn't, I asked why and he told me he had woken to go to the toilet in the night and instead of going to the bathroom he had used the wrong door and ended up in the corridor outside our room and the door had closed behind him 😳 as he didn't want to bang on the door and wake the whole 5th floor up he proceeded to make his way to the lift and down to the 1st floor reception wearing only his undies and vest!! My partner is 60 yrs old BTW. Someone in reception came to his aid and gave him a towel to cover his modesty and another key card to get in our room. All this happened whilst I slept soundly so yeah thanks to whoever it was who helped my drunken fella 🤣 All in all we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend 😊

We have stayed at this premier inn many times over the years. On this business visit for 2 nights - the outstanding difference this time is the amazing Ismal who greeted us at reception 

He had transformed the experience of staying here into something special. We have had worse customer service from concierges in 5 star hotels. 

He’s a credit to the premier inn brand. Perfect location, fabulous breakfast and spotless room

Well being a long way from home and not knowing anyone in the area, the staff are all amazing, couldn't thank them all enough, but a special mention for sue at breakfast, sue is a credit too the premier inn team makes you feel at home keep it up, the only down fall is the car park situation but it dose not effect the hotel at all, thank you for a lovely time will try and get booked in again

We arrived late at night on a Monday and were greeted kindly. We were in a mess and horrible situation after having to scrap our car and we just needed to sleep. However we were hungry too and the night staff whom I didn't catch names happily let us order from the late night menu. They were so friendly too. There were three of us and our little daughter loved being in the hotel and everyone was kind I took her for breakfast on the Tuesday morning and this is where the whole experience changed for us. We met the absolutely lovely Sue. My daughter is only 9 and she made comment to me whilst we were eating about how Sue made sure every person in the dining area was looked after. She was so right. Sue made our stay just that much better by her wonderful attitude and attention to detail we were so blessed to have met her and we cannot thank her enough for all she done!

Room was clean and nice. First impression was excellent .  Warm welcoming from Katie and Cyprian wich check in us, staff in this hotel is absolutely amazing.  Room was very comfy bed and pillows, was just perfect.

I’ve always liked premier inn venues, and this one has lived to my expectations from the girl at reception, (Shannon) gave  me all the help I needed, to the front of house () who looked after me in a very Proffesional manner and the chef () who cooked my blue steak exactly how I wanted it. I’ll be back… (who said that?!)

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice room and bar area. 2nd time I’ve stayed and perfect each time. Evening meal was nice and bar is open 24hrs for customers so you can get a drink whenever you like. It wasn’t noisy either so no problems with sleeping at night or morning.

Amazing best staff ever

The hotel is clean if a little dated in some of the rooms. I regularly stay for business. The staff more than make up for this they are the most friendliest staff at a premier in I have ever been to. Nothing is too much trouble. I would name them but i am unsure of all their names. They are all fantastic. The breakfast is banging. Love coming here. Thank you

Amazing Sue!!

Excellent Stay

After reading the positive reviews I chose this hotel for a one night break recently. I was not disappointed.

I am a huge fan of the Premier Inn brand anyway but this is one of their hotels that seems to go that bit above and beyond. 

Firstly, I had rung ahead to request a quieter room at the end of a corridor and extra pillows, all of this was noted and adhered to. The room was of usual Premier Inn standard and functionality and there was no noise all night which was just what was needed.

The King Size bed was particularly good – very comfortable and good for those of us with back issues and other medical problems. The shower was powerful enough and I was thrilled to see Bayliss and Harding toiletries are now on offer!

Check in was great, staff encountered were all very friendly, they genuinely seemed to care that our stay had been what it should be.

Additionally, the hotel is a ridiculously short walk from the train station, so hugely convenient if this is your mode of transport.

Fabulous hotel, and I would not hesitate to recommend or rebook.
