South Crest

Arrived 11am from early flight from 10 hour early flight from Mexico . Taxi was pre booked and paid for along with Hotel . Taxi arrived to take us to Cresta. On arrival driver wanted £5 for to pay for his parking at airport . My husband informed him that our taxi was paid but he still insisted . Husband went into hotel reception to inquire and a very nice young man at reception was very helpful spoke to driver and resolved it . He told us room was not quite ready but would take about 30 minutes which was no problem.. He also asked us if we would like something to drink and brought us a much needed pot of tea... True to his word our room was ready very quickly.. We had stayed in the hotel on 29th November before we left for holiday and like previous visit room was clean comfortable and cosy . There were a few Xmas parties going on in hotel but we heard very little noise. I asked room service for an iron and it took less than 10 minutes for it to be sent to room . All staff day and night were great very friendly and kind . Will definitely be staying again if leaving for holiday fro Manchester and will recommend this hotel to friends .
