This was an ideal location to explore the area and very handy for local amenities. The view from our second floor of the sea and surrounding beach was beautiful. The recommendations that they made helped us to enjoy our holiday.

We spent 2 nights at Pebble View, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt relaxed, looked after and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Lovely room, all amenities you would need, and breakfast was delicious. Book a visit you won't be disappointed.

Room and Hotel exceptionally clean, Breakfast superb and Neil and Sally the perfect hosts who can't do enough for you. If we come back to Eastbourne there's only one place we'll be staying again that's for sure!

We stayed at Pebble Beach at the beginning of August.  This was our first visit to Eastbourne, and we looked at all of the hotels, but decided we would try a b&b for a change.  Pebble Beach had very good ratings, so we booked a couple of nights, and we are so glad that we did.  Everything at the b&b was of high quality.  

Breakfasts were ordered the evening before, and my scotch pancakes were homemade, and served with berries, yummy.   My husband's fry up, was cooked to order and was great, with good quality ingredients. 

Our room was on the first floor, a lovely room overlooking the sea front, with a balcony.  It was a large room, with comfy bed and great bathroom.

Neil and Sally were friendly and called us by our first names, which made us feel at home.  

The b&b was within walking distance of the pier and Eastbourne town centre, but if you don't want to walk, there is a bus stop opposite.

We'll definitely be back to stay at Pebble Beach!

Excellent experience from check in (where we were offered a piece of cake and some fresh milk for coffee). Spacious room with a lovely sea view. Comfy bed. Superb breakfast.
I would recommend this little gem to anyone wanting a peaceful break.

Great little bed and breakfast very clean and comfy. Nice strong shower and free toiletries fresh towels a heated towel rack. Very pretty shanderliers amazing comfy bed tea and coffee making facilities free view TV. Pebble Beach provides the perfect stay and is well located for Eastbourne centre and the Marina. A lovely welcoming Victorian house with original features, it’s bright and airy. Great accommodation, comfy bed, nice, well equipped room (we had a sea view with balcony) and good sized bathroom. Everything you could need plus a fabulous, tasty breakfast served by cheerful and friendly hosts. Thank you Neil and Sallie for a perfect stay. Will definitely be back.

We had room 5 which is on the top floor with a large balcony overlooking both the park and the sea. 
Well thought out room with good quality fittings. Small  fridge with complimentary water and fresh milk. Tea and coffee plus wrapped biscuits. 
The bed was large and very comfortable. Plenty of hanging and drawer space, beautifully clean and well appointed. 
Breakfast is ordered the evening before with a good selection of cereals, cooked breakfasts, toast and pancakes. In addition there was fresh fruit salad which was delicious.  
A lot of thought has been given by this small B & B which has only 6 rooms but that was the added bonus for us.
Covid regulations in place and masks expected when in public spaces.

Fantastic 5 star B & B

We have just returned from 5 nights at this perfect B&B! We had a seaview room where the view looked like a postcard,  the room was huge, the bed was the best bed we have ever slept in! Neil and Sally are the perfect hosts, very chilled and there if needed! The breakfasts are to die for, so varied, tasty and piping hot! Thank you for making our stay memorable !

Wehave just returned from a lovely weeks holiday at this B&B,  The owners Neil and Sally were wonderful and so helpfull and polite for our entire stay. The breakfasts were so tasty and kept us going all day. The room was fantastic and so clean and comfortable. We stayed in the top flat so a stunning view of the sea. We would go again for sure.

5 of us finally got to stay at pebble beach after having to postpone our original booking in March and only just making it before the second lockdown. Neil and Sally were wonderful, friendly hosts. Breakfasts were delicious (pancakes are recommended) and we got cake on arrival. Rooms were clean,warm and very confortable and the location is also perfect for having a quick autumal dip in the sea and racing back for a hot shower.

5 sisters walk the seven sisters

visited in mid October 2019 with my wife.  Despite the cool weather coming in and the rain we were welcomed by Neil and Sally who are the two owners. The room is as it looks in the photos.  A beautiful room overlooking the sea.  They met us at the door, took us to a parking spot they obtained and settled us in to our accommodations.  Later they recommended a great little pub a block away for dinner.  It was a relaxing stay.  I hope to return again in the near future.

Off season Pleasurew

We stayed for a weekend..the b&b was excellent.  Exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated anda great comfortable bed.
.we stayed in a room with a balcony and veiw over the sea.Neil and Sally are very friendly and cant do enoughfor you..Sallys breakfast was amazing..and so was the lemon cake on arrival..we are goi g on a other weekend away soon..but have cancelled there and have booked to return here instead...

From Check-in to check out my whole experience at Pebble Beach Bed and Breakfast was really wonderful.Everything was spotlessly clean and all Covid rules were strictly observed and adhered to.The breakfasts beautifully cooked with high quality ingredients.The hosts Neil and Sally were so helpful and friendly.Definately recommend this bed and breakfast.We need to support our local small businesses.Will certainly stay again.
