Honestly the best Customer Service I have had this year in a Premier Inn thank you to Stefan and Martyna - from the minute we arrived excellent welcome and coordination of our requests. The checking in process was smooth and kids gifted on arrival. Stefan arranged so my room could be next to my brothers arrving the next day! Awesome stuff

My son and I were welcomed with a smile by Jade. She was so friendly, helpful and booked us in for breakfast, which I'd forgotten to do on my original booking. We felt so welcome. The room was massive and rigged our laptop up to the HDMI socket for the TV, which I have never seen in any other hotels. What a great idea. The Brewers Fayre is attached to the hotel and you can walk straight into it from the hotel. We go to this hotel every year at Christmas. Its become a bit of a tradition for my son and I. Brilliant hotel. Thank you!

Friendly staff and a clean room. Jade was lovely and very informative, she ensured that I was kept up to date with my reservation and nothing was too much.  I would go back again. It was close to where I needed to be and had a good range of facilities nearby.

Had a great time at premier inn, very friendly staff and a special thank you to a lady called Ghizlane who made sure our room was ready for an early check in, the room was clean and the food at the restaurant was great, thank you premier inn.

Stefan, the receptionist, totally deserves a big pat on the back for doing such a great job. Compared to other folks at the front desk, he's like a shining star. Right from the get go, Stefan's friendliness and how he handles things make the office feel welcoming and friendly.

He's not just good at his job; he's way better than the other receptionists. Stefan knows what he's doing and does it well. Unlike some others, he's really good at talking to people. Whether it's answering phones or helping out visitors, he makes things easy and nice for everyone.

Stefan's not the kind to crack under pressure either. Even when things get hectic, he stays cool and handles everything like a champ. Compared to the other receptionists, he's the one who can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball.

Stefan's the go-to guy, and his consistent hard work makes him a real asset to the team. When you look at how he does compared to the others, it's pretty clear he's not just doing his job – he's making a positive difference every day. Big thumbs up for Stefan!

Had a great stay at this Premier Inn.  The location was excellent and the standards of comfort and cleanliness was to their usual high quality.  What made it special for us was the friendly and efficient staff.  A decent breakfast made it a good visit.

Typical Premier Inn, can't fault it really.  Decent room, comfy bed, staff were helpful, bar was good, room was clean and tidy and quiet.

What more do you write about a Premier Inn.  Did exactly what they always do and for a decent price.

Situated on the outskirts of Derby near Pride Park this hotel was warm and had a comfortable bed.
The restaurant was  one of their own so we did not use it.
The room only cost £50 for the night,we only stayed for the night;

Fantastic

Bed comfortable, good location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. WIFI though is extremely poor so was using own data during my stay. No USB plug in room and no shaver socket. Room was very warm and a bit stuffy, road noise a problem with the windows open.
Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast  and value for money. Plenty of on site parking free to staying guests.

A Standout Receptionist

Great value, always a great night's sleep at premier Inn. The front desk team Jimmy and Adam were really friendly when we were checking in and made us feel really welcome. The on site restaurant breakfast team Lesley and Chelsea were so welcoming and really made us feel at home and well looked after. Food was great and service was too

Great value and friendly team

i like this hotel because it is relatively peaceful.  It is set four to five miles south of Peterborough, in a district named Hampton.  However, you can get a bus [— number 6, from Peterborough bus station] to the nearby shopping mall, Serpentine Green.
The walk from Serpentine Green to this premier inn is only 4 minutes long.

The rooms are finished to a good standard and the bathroom is very clean, which i appreciate. 

The receptionist when i arrived at the hotel was Stefan.  i found Stefan to be very helpful and patient, especially with my requests etc.  It makes a big difference, i feel, when you are greeted well and you are made to feel welcome.

i would definitely recommend this place, partly for the hotel itself — but also because of the peaceful location and extensive shopping facilities.  Shopping is England’s primary, if not exclusive, religion /contemporary mania, after all!

Friendly staff.  Easy and smooth check-in. Excellent location (with appropriate facilities  in particular car parking)  for my trip.  Clean and comfortable room except for the bin which had not been emptied. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
