Friendly efficient services especially in the restaurant for Breakfast. Jan was very attentive and provided us with a lovely hot meal - even offered us some goodies to take away for the road back home. The room was comfortable and the area pleasantly quiet.

Excellent stay accommodated by Bev and Tina, honestly there in the wrong jobs they should be stand up comedians had me in stitches throughout my stay, would highly recommend to anyone coming to stay to pay these ladies a visit, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied

Booked in for 2 nights from Saturday 16 to Monday 18 March. Came up for a 70th Birthday party and enjoyed the weekend away. This hotel is ideally situated with ample parking. The reception staff are very welcoming and chatty, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are super snuggly.
Breakfast is served at the Paul Pry bar/restaurant across the car park and is great value, I recommend adding to your booking as it's cooked to perfection.
When I next return to Peterborough, I will have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.

I stayed at premier inn Peterbough north on September 13th 2023 and had a very pleasant experience. Rooms were nice, clean and well stocked. Great shower.had a great sleep while working away. Good parking. But a special mention to the lady on reception (think she said her name was Tina). Very polite,  pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful. She also gave great advice on different places to eat. Whatever you paying her. Double it. Can’t wait to stay again just on the back how kind and helpful she was, 5 stars. 

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant the staff Tina brown was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help and make my stay very nice. Was nice to be greeted with a happy smiling person. Very nice rooms 

Me and my wife stayed during the week and when we arrived the young man on the desk was fantastic and a great help. He was fun, engaging and happy to make jokes and was happy to help out with any queries we had. 
Well done Ryan and you are a credit to your site and I definitely would be happy to come back when we are next in the area. 

Once I checked in it was more quiet than I though as it was a busy weekend which was amazing the staff, Beverly and Ryan were so funny in the morning got me off to a good start. Nice to see happy staff. Lovely clean rooms a little dated but perfect for me.

Highly recommend this hotel, stayed here for a couple nights with the kids & the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. The reception & room was very clean, the staff were so lovely especially Bev on reception she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. We have stayed before and always get such a nice happy welcome & we will stay here again very soon!  Highly recommend 

Stayed 3 nights with my disabled mum. Staff were very friendly and considerate, ensuring we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make sure we were close, so I could care for her. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The hotel was quiet.  Ample parking. Wi-Fi was a free but a little slow. The breakfast was reasonably good but a little expensive. The staff, however, were lovely. Have stayed here a several times and will continue to go back again.

Excellent service, excellent staff. I use a lot of Premier Inn's but this one stands out for the helpfulness and the attitude of the staff both on arrival and in the morning. It nice to feel genuinely valued. Well done Peterborough

A pleasant stay 

Overall OK

Hotel staff we’re Excellent and very accommodating pleasant couldn’t do enough for us. The room was premier inn standard The only issue was the food quality in the nearby Paul Pry was very  poor & over priced. No senior member of staff in control of the restaurant area service poor & staff fooling around actually play fighting. Very sad 😔 

Comfortable stay

Stayed here for the night after a family meal. Very warm welcome from Bev and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service thank you Bev. It was a cold evening and they had run out of heaters but we found that if we switched on the bathroom light it somehow switched the heating fan on too ! Room 32 excellent new comfy beds.

Reception staff welcoming and courteous. Special mention to the waitresses who were dealing with breakfast - there were 2 of them and the breakfast covers were busy.  Ten of us for breakfast, 8 of which wanted variations on the full English, not only did the waitress remember who had ordered what but service was quick considering lack of staff. Impressive given that we all know of the shortage of hospitality staff. Well Done Peterborough North.

Good Premier Inn Experience

Stayed Friday to Sunday gor school reunion and started weekend with pleasant stay. Even though on main road the hotel was set back so not disturbed by the traffic.  Great location easy walk to small shopping complex. Rooms were comfortable. Nice little touch of bar chocolate in room with children's name on
