We stayed 3 nights and were well looked after by Anne. The breakfasts were excellent and generous and our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained and just minutes walking to the train station but on a quiet side road. It is also a nice walk (about 10-15 mins walk) into the centre of Penzance with its collection of good eating places and shops. Parking on the street outside the property wasn't a problem. It was a great base to start our Cornish exploration. I would say that there are steps to negotiate up to the house and then up to the rooms so may not be ideal for everyone.
