The accommodation was lovely, cosy, very clean and felt completely Covid safe. The photographs on hotels.com of the accommodation do not do it justice! This is a lovely place to stay and has had some renovation during the last few months. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Jim and his family, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were great hosts. There is free parking too at this hotel which is a rarity in Edinburgh and saved us a lot of money as private car parks / pay and display car parking is extortionate in Edinburgh!! The delicious cooked breakfast was plentiful , and is made to order rather than a buffet which we much preferred. We loved our stay so much we extended our trip for an extra night. We will certainly return here on future trips to Edinburgh, thank you for a great stay.
