Lovely hotel, very peaceful and helpful and friendly people, the pub is lovely too and the carvery is excellent, great value and beautiful surroundings, I would recommend asking for a room with a view of the marina, on a nice sunny day the beer garden is a must, would definitely stay again, clean and comfortable

I stayed at The Quays last week and I would like to thank Amanda, Mia, Karen, and the rest of the girls for being so kind and helpful to me over the 7 days I stayed there. Karen that first night you were amazing the way you managed under so much pressure, it was so busy over the long weekend, you all coped so well and kept smiling. Mia you are very kind person and really watched out for me when I needed it. I was overwhelmed with the  kindness you all showed me. I came from Australia for my Mum’s funeral and you all showed me so much kindness. The breakfast and the carvery was lovely. 
Thank you to you all. I highly recommend staying here or going for a meal.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite to us.    The room was clean and big enough for our family of three.  Having the pub and eatery connected was wonderful.   We were visiting from Texas and on our way to meet friends while touring the country.

Amazing helpful staff. Rooms are emmaculate, staff always checking if you need anything. Stayed here for work over the course of 4 weeks and nothing was too much trouble. Also fab breakfast and restaurant staff also attentive. Will definitely stay here again. 

Excellent in every way great size warm clean rooms fabulous staff Stacey & Liesha in particular were top class. Food & Drink good reception team were lovely and Ray at breakfast was great too.    value for money great for Reps 

Lovely and pleasant stay at the billing premier inn, staff were extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble, but lovely location would highly recommend and they should get rid of that Greene king restaurant next door! The staff horrible and the place is a shambles it needs shutting down!

My stay at premier inn great billing was a fantastic experience, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, I highly recommend people stay here as it’s a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Welcoming friendly staff in hotel and pub, location was very central for our needs, excellent surprise when we entered our room and the view looked over the lake. Clean, tidy room. Breakfast was good and we had a meal in the pub which was good value, pub also did a Carvery. Had a great couple of night sleep in a very comfortable bed 😊

I received an email from PI asking me for the reason for our stay so they could prepare. Was it to meet with friends, attend a wedding, or for a business meeting?  I replied that we were attending a funeral in the area having driven from Somerset that day.  When we got to our room that evening, we were touched to see a bouquet of flowers and a card expressing sympathy for our loss.

Very clean room and outstanding service, receptionist on friday evening was absolutely amazing, polite and friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the pub next door. We definitely will be back again and recomend to our friends and family.

Excellent stay

Unexpected

Really Great value for money we travelled they might before for a work conference in Northampton
We asked for a twin room however when we arrived we had a double and a sofa

My colleague went to reception and immediately we were told yes we had booked a two and asked if we were eating out which we said we were 
So the sofa bed was made up whole we ate 
The pub next door has a hall so it connects 
I would have though we would have been moved to a twin room but we weren’t 
The sofa bed was ok but not as comfortable as the beds 
Staff all very friendly every time went through reception all spoke thank you a lovely stay apart from sofa bed

Work colleagues overnight stay

Stayed one night which was fine. Usual comfortable room with nice bed all clean and tidy. Its one of those basic timber frame structures so people above moving around sound like heard of elephants but OK when they are asleep. Didn't use restaurant.
