The hotel is very convenient for access to the A1 road and to the Newark Show Ground. The bedroom is fresh and clean and it is such a comfy bed. The hotel is well served for food with a Beefeater and a McDonalds adjacent. Plenty of parking on site. A pleasure to stay here.

Shannon is an absolute hero, was super friendly at check in and really helpful when we needed a bit of assistance in the evening.  Convenient location for the wedding we were attending, there's a Beefeater next door which is an easy enough dinner.

Thank you premier inn team, esp Shannon, Kyle and Lorraine, (but not exclusively), you have been so helpful and kind.  We have been really supported while we have been sorting out some issues. Many thanks for your advice. Accommodation clean and we have been very pleased during our stay.

The hotel is what you would expect from a Premier Inn, it was quiet, fairly large rooms and clean. However the staff were fantastic! We had several issues in our party all entirely our own doing however every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond to help us. They made what should have been several stressful situations, easy and no hassle. I can’t fault the customer service and would definitely stay again!

The receptionist Lorraine has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond and wanted to say a big thank you for your help! You have been wonderful making a stressful situation so much less stress and I really appreciate it! Thanks Lorraine x

After a very stressful breakdown on the motorway they found my son and I a room at 11:45 pm made it up for us and just showed empathy and support for our situation

Tristan and Tom are amazing credit to the company checked me in no bother shown me to my room and explained where I can get breakfast from in the area. These lads will talk to you about anything and have the time of day for every guest they see room was amazing too and bed was comfortable shower was good too would definitely stay here again if in the area 

Louise is a credit to the company. every time we stay/stop by we seem to be served by her. have not seen Louise for about 4 years but she remembered us and like always she was polite and very helpful. she is a credit to the company

I have stayed in this particular Premier Inn before.  I attend an annual show at Newark Show Ground and the hotel is only a short drive away.  I have generally been pleased with the accommodation, but this time the staff seemed extra welcoming and seemed to take more care of the guests.

I would choose it again for next year's trip because of the location, but it's worth stopping there for a night or two anyway.  As my wife came with me this year, we stayed for two nights and drove home on the day after the show.  Next year we may make it three nights and see a bit more of Newark itself.

Absolutely beautiful clean spacious room lovely friendly staff we stayed 2 nights had good night's sleep both nights had our meals in the beefeater pub next to the hotel the staff very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough to help highly recommend.

My stay was fantastic, after a long trip and tiring journey and arriving late at night/early morning Tom on check in staff/reception was exceptionally pleasant and patient with us and me and my wife loved his attitude towards us and warm welcome, the whole stay was 5 star well priced food was brilliant and as a whole a great stay. Would recommend to family and friends :)

A few nights spent here because of a family bereavement in the area. Clean , quiet rooms.
Last minute bookings, Restaurant next door to be recommended. 
A special mention to a female staff member, Ellie, carried our bags at her insistence on our explaining we’d experienced a long, sad day. Thanks to all of you.

Over and beyond.

I wanted a comfortable stop on my route to Norfolk.  I have a very bad back and find long journeys difficult these days. I chose this partly for location and partly because of Premier lodge’s reputation for comfortable beds.  I was not disappointed, the bed was excellent. I arrived exhausted and in great pain.  The receptionist was superb and kindly took my bag to my room.  I very much liked the disabled friendly bathroom and it was good to sit in the shower.  the good night made the rest of my journey easy.
