Spot-on, I had a couple of non-related issues, mainly not coming prepared, typical me! And the staff on duty Chris and Pat were brilliant and sorted us out. Leading to a very good stay, with excellent service and no problems, so highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and our room was clean and smelled fresh. The whole place smelled clean. Will definitely stay here again. Yes it could do with being updated but for what you pay great service and value for money. Nice manager who obviously cares about the hotel and his staff.

Enjoyed our trip to visit Family. Rooms were reasonably priced, they were clean and we had all we needed.  Staff were incredibly helpful with offering advise about what to do and near by amenities. We would most definitely chose to stay again.

Services very good and rooms clean with basic amenities that would be needed for a stay. Nothing was too much and all needs were met. Extras given when requested.

Lovely little hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff after getting stuck in the snow. The room was warm and clean and the bed was very comfortable for our much needed sleep. I need to get what of those house keeping brushes, just for clearing the snow off my my car! 
Will visit again on our next travels.

Big, clean, quiet, comfortable room. A perfect home for 2 weeks with our 2 big dogs. Even enough room for their beds. We were away from home and on a budget and Travelodge fit the bill. Special thanks to Steven and all of the staff. 


Absolutely spot on great location went to Chester zoo one day abd the coast in wales anouther , room was clean staff were friendly and helpful noting too much trouble  for the staff when asking anything be it about the local area , best takeaways always helpfull thanks 

I've stayed this hotel an it's always been value for money but on this visit I've noticed the hotel has gone better  inn  the standard of cleanliness an the staff  can't do enough for you the receptionist carried my cases inn cause he could see that I was struggling  thanks Phil  I'd recommend this hotel to any1 that didn't expect a swimming pool an the greggs next door is handy

We stopped for two nights over the weekend. The room was tidy and clean. We were booked in by Chris who was cheerful and also booked us a taxi. The following day Chris was back on and asked how was the party and night, remembering us and singing happy birthday made our day. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
The hotel is clean, does need some a new carpet and a paint but value for money.

Issues quickly resolved which was very important. When we arrived we was greeted with a welcome  right away as other hotels we had to wait as bei g disabled hanging around to be served is pain .we did have problem with the room there was no towels an dirty pillow but problem was solved very quickly an politely. Staff member was very helpful an polite room was very good but missing plugs at the bedside as I need machine to help me breathe which needs plugs close .
Very nice beds what batter than another type hotel we know of .
Very easy access and added goodys Starbucks and Gregg's next door what more could you ask for . (Them being open at 7pm  ...starbucks...) as we next to a service station .

Lovely staff at nice travelodge.

Warm and friendly

Budget price but met all my needs. My room was clean and had everything I needed and the location was perfect for my needs for the weekend. It handy that there was a Starbucks and a Greggs sharing the same carpark so not providing a cooked breakfast was not an issue. The lady on reception was great and was very helpful

We stayed here over night for a family Christmas function.
The hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. 
We were even provided with a single bed for our 8 year old daughter to sleep in. She said it was the comfiest bed ever.
The staff were welcoming and very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.
Would definitely recommend.
