Beautiful property and absolutely lovely hosts, couldn’t fault it and will be booking again. The location is super quiet and peaceful and the rooms were so clean, it had a home from home feel to it.  

We were attending an event at Belvoir Castle and wanted somewhere quiet to stay. The old Nursery was perfect. Located in the village of Stathern, tucked away down a picturesque lane. A few mins walk to local pub and a little shop, that had the basics you might need. Prior to our stay we had great communication from Deb the owner. Friendly welcome on arrival  we had the double room o  the ground floor  just off the hall. Not just a double room with ensuite it also had a little room with a table and chairs with a view of the drive and some of the garden. Tea and coffee,  fresh milk and water and lovely homemade cake each day we stayed. Breakfast in the kitchen which was a lovely setting and you could see the private garde  of the owners. Breakfast was lovely, cereal, yogurt, juice coffee tea I clouding decaf, which was gratefully appreciated. Debs chatted while we were watching her cook which was at a right level, she showed great interest in our Steampunk hobby and took a lovely picture outside her lovely home when  were in our costumes. Couldn't fault any part of our stay. There is a family room upstairs and children welcome. If we go to the event next year we will definitely stay there again

Had a really lovely overnight stay whilst visiting nearby Belvoir Castle. A warm welcome, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented en-suite accommodation. A really good breakfast too! Thank you very much!

What a fantastic find. We stopped here after a brutal journey on the a1. Unable to continue we called Bev who was so very accommodating and welcomed us in with open arms.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The sofa bed for our kids in one room, and our bed in the adjoining room was a great setup.
Lovely hospitality and a fantastic breakfast. We felt very welcome and so thankful that we had a lovely stop in an otherwise bleak day.

We spent three days at this guesthouse lovely grounds big spacious rooms very clean and well-kept the lady of the house was so welcoming and accommodating woke up each morning to a lovely cooked breakfast we will definitely be visiting again thank you for such a lovely stay!!

Fabulous B and B. Lovely location. Very friendly hosts. Excellent communication prior to visit. 
Very helpful providing us with taxi numbers and then offering us a lift when we thought our taxi had let us down. 
Lovely room. Had everything we needed. The large cookies were a lovely touch and were devoured within minutes of entering the room. 
Very tasty breakfast. 
Would book again without hesitation. 

excellent place to stay and unwind ,the house is in a lovely rural village in the vale of Belvoir. local coffee shop garage and pub all within easy walking distance. The bedroom was clean and excellently decorated with a comfortable king size bed. Wifi was an added bonus. we stayed for 3 nights .the breakfast was exceptional.

On looking for a B&B close to Langar Skydiving we booked an overnight stay here. We found the room ( kingsize bed) and bathroom both decorated beautifully, sparkling clean  and the small touches: homemade cake and sweets a wonderful touch. The host was very helpful and after a fantastic nights sleep we enjoyed an equally delicious cooked breakfast in the gorgeous farmhouse kitchen. Will definitely be back!

We are a family of 2 adults and a 5 year old and booked a deluxe suite for one night. We chose the rural location as we wanted something special with a nice view rather than an impersonal hotel in the town centre of Melton Mowbray. 

We couldn't fault the lovely rooms in the house of the owners as you could tell they really took pride in their home. Our suite was decorated in a contemporary style with subtle colours and was beautifully clean and fresh. 

In the living area there was a large flat screen tv and sofa bed with tea and coffee making facilities and a view onto the garden. There was a spacious double bedroom and modern bathroom. We had our own front door key, secure parking and personal service from Deb our hostess who allowed us to check in earlier than the time specified on the internet. We had a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Our daughter loved the sofa bed and the fact that Deb had put a teddy on it for her to borrow, a hairdryer was provided without having to ask and we met Flo the lovely collie. We felt really at home and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautifully decorated room in farmhouse full of original character with modern twists. Excellent breakfast to prepare us for next leg of Grantham Canal. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Lovely overnight stay

We stayed at this B&B for only one night and wish we had time to have stayed longer.
Host was incredibly helpful both during booking and while we stayed at her house.
Our suite was clean (spotless), gorgeous and charming. We even had candies and homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived into our suite.
Our breakfast was wonderful.
We will go back.
