Fabulous place, warm and welcoming, Sarah & Jonathan, perfect hosts. nothing too much trouble. Excellent local produce full english breakfast, freshly cooked when required. Room warm comfortable and clean. stayed for the week due to house renovations and like to use local businesses and I was not disappointed. I would thoroughly recommend and will be using again if required.

This is a superb place to stay.  The accommodation is absolutely first class.  We stayed in the Bulls Box, with a spacious bedroom, fabulously comfortable beds and a very well appointed bathroom.   Our hosts were fantastic and extremely helpful with advice about the area.  Breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up up very well for the day.  We loved exploring this part of Lincolnshire and wished we had longer, there was so much to see.  Definitely worth a re-visit.

We loved our stay at the farm, it was quiet and restful, exactly what we needed. Breakfast was served beautifully and everything was delicious. Would recommend!

Me and my wife stayed at the property Friday until Sunday. The accommodation was lovely as were the hosts Jonathan & Sarah. The breakfast was cooked fresh and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Our time here has just been perfect. We were welcomed in from the moment we drove in. Nothing was too much trouble. After a hot day at the races we were presented with a bottle of cold water. So needed. It is the little things that mean the most. Helpful information is continually supplied and they seemed genuinely interested in how our days went. Breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked to perfection. The room was pretty and very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in staying there again if in the area.

Just returned from a three night stay at The Grange that was just excellent. It is in a great location for exploring Lincolnshire.

The bed was really comfortable, with quality bed linen and towels. Lots of well thought about little extras in the room such as 'shoe shine' kit, wine glasses and a bottle opener. Good, well stocked tea tray that was replenished daily.

The breakfast was definitely ten out of ten! Local produce all cooked to order, and served in a lovely elegant dining room.

Excellent hosting by Sarah and Jonathon made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We stayed two nights at The Grange and from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Sarah and Jonathan are the perfect hosts and make running a B&B look natural and effortless.

The room "Bulls Box" was lovely and warm with a lovely comfy bed and pristine bedlinen.
 
The cake and all the tea/coffee facilities were well received after a long drive.
Breakfast was lovely with all you could wish for prepared and cooked to perfection.

Sarah's suggestion of a visit to  Louth for the Christmas market was perfect and we enjoyed a couple of hours there.

Overall it was a lovely weekend and we will definitely look for to come back again to the Grange to continue exploration of this part of Lincolnshire.

I have been wanting to stay at the Grange for a few years and finally got to stay. It was a great place to stay, Sarah and Jonathon were friendly, breakfast was outstanding as was the room. I can highly recommend the Grange.

What can I say, awesome, beautiful, amazing from start to finish!
We stayed as a family, myself, my elderly mum, brother, cousin and his wife in the B & B rooms. 
Sarah & Jonathan made us feel so welcome, in their home. The rooms were all stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished with taste and high quality fittings. The beds were so comfortable and warm.  Stunning well kept gardens and views over the fields.  Amazing cooked breakfast and an abundance of coffee/tea etc.  I even fell in love with Bentley the dog. I’m just sad that our weekend there had to come to an end!! We will be back! Thank you Sarah & Jonathan xx

From the moment we arrived Sarah and Jonathan made us so welcome. Our bags were whisked upstairs and we were given freshly baked cake. From then on, they always went the extra mile, finding out where we could get an evening meal, pub opening hours, and so on. The room was lovely, overlooking the fields and garden, with a modern bathroom, all spotless. There were fresh flowers in our room and on the breakfast table. It was very quiet, despite the combine harvester being in almost constant use in August! The breakfasts were lovely, with an extensive choice of cooked offerings. There is a lovely farm trail and a wildflower area. Highly recommended.

Top B&B

Great location in a beautiful setting. The owners were very welcoming and there were some lovely extra touches to our stay; homemade lemon drizzle cake, fresh milk, tea, coffee etc etc and some beautiful wild flower arrangements straight from thier meadow. Lovely accommodation with a hot tub with everything you need to hand. Great base for visiting Lincoln and the coast. Would thoroughly recommend it but book direct rather than an agent as it may work out cheaper. Really enjoyable stay. Thanks to Sarah and her husband, and the dogs of course!

Beautiful setting with great accommodation near the Lincolnshire Wolds, Lincoln and the coast.

Recently spent two nights at the Grange in order to attend Woodhall Spas 40s weekender. Beautiful, quiet location, friendly hosts and lovely accommodation. I was in the converted stables however I got the impression there was various other options available regarding accommodation.

The atmosphere was enhanced through other guests who had arrived in vintage cars. Lovely walks on your doorstep. Breakfast in the main farmhouse meant I had others to speak too as I was worried about travelling solo. I needn't have been.

There was a very nice pub/restaurant in a nearby village a five minute drive away. Excellent location to explore Lincolnshire and will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.

Wonderful location

The good reviews led us to book two nights here and we were not misled. It’s a grand looking house in a great location, with a working farm, B and B as well as some very impressive looking self catering cottages. There is a tennis court, nature trail and fishing lake and all surrounded by some beautiful countryside views. 

A very warm welcome from Sarah and Jonathan, shown to our lovely room with en-suite, great views across the fields and tea and cakes. Very comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. 

We had a great couple of days in Lincoln, loved the area and started each day with an excellent breakfast in the splendid dining room. 

Two good nights sleep, we couldn’t have asked for more. 

An excellent B and B, in a beautiful area made all the better by the hosts. 

We would certainly recommend and return. Thank you.
