We stayed on my daughter’s 18th Birthday as we were going to a show. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed. It didn’t start well as the air conditioning was not working in our allocated room, after a few hours we asked to change room as it was 32C and no sign that the engineer would fix it. Niva ( I think that was his name was amazing and managed to change our room ( we got an upgrade) and even surprised my daughter with balloons and bubbles. We had the best time, thank you so much
