We booked multiple rooms for a family group staying in the area for the wedding of our son, taking place nearby. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making check in easy, and even pre arranging a suitable place for the mother of the groom and bridesmaids to get ready with a visiting hairdresser on the morning of the wedding. Kavita and Anne Marie, along with Katie in the restaurant made our trip smooth, effortless and were so welcoming and helpful which eased all the nerves of the wedding! The setting of the hotel is beautiful and made a wonderful backdrop to our ‘morning of the wedding’ photos. Perhaps the bedrooms may be ready for a little updating but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel building itself is full of period charm. We couldn’t fault it for our needs.
