What a beautiful place! Loved this b&b from the off. Comfortable accommodation, lovely bed, settee and all other amenities ( Microwave, fridge, great selection of teas, bread, milk and juices) Barbara was excellent (and her very patient cleaning staff) Breakfast was out of this world with local produce used. Great location to getting about along the West coast of Wales…or anywhere!) we would love to return. Dog friendly also, which is essential to us. Can’t fault The Swallows ❤️👏🏼👏🏼

Me and my friend had a wonderful and calming stay. It was cosy and comfortable. Having a fridge and microwave was great. Barbara was lovely. She looked after us very well. The breakfast was amazing. Brought to us each morning. My dog came too. We enjoyed watching the sheep and lambs. The weather was grey and rainy, but it didn’t stop us getting out and about. We drove to New Quay, just a few miles away to spot dolphins. We saw fins … leaping dolphins is what we really wanted.
We will be back next spring.

A return visit and still as special as our first stay! Quiet and tranquil, the rooms comfortable and everything required to make the stay special! Breakfast, beautifully presented offers many options and nothing is too much trouble. The private terrace/balcony is a fabulous place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Barbara the host is great and is friendly and hospitable, she has thought of everything! Evening meals by prior arrangement can be arranged. We are already planning a return visit! 🌺❤️

WOW excellent location , room and area , 
Barbara is an amazing hostess , very friendly warm and welcoming ,cant do enough for you without been in your way , rooms are large spacious and home from home , brilliant location for that peaceful getaway 

Spent two nights in this peaceful location. Barbara is an absolute gem and is so friendly and helpful! Lovely breakfast included and she will cook you an evening meal too if you like. All delivered to your accommodation. We felt totally safe and relaxed there. The weather was perfect. Kids will love the horses, sheep and dogs. Aberaeron was worth a visit, a gorgeous Georgian harbour town and huge rock pool beach. Utterly wonderful break. Thank you x

What a find this B & B was, Barbara was the perfect host and greeted us warmly,
we could hardly believe our eyes when we were led to our room complete with its own sunny screened in verandah where you can eat breakfast overlooking the horses (sonnet and Daisy) grazing in the paddock. The converted barn also has a mini kitchen complete with real milk, cereal, yoghurt, bread, jam and every kind of tea you could imagine.  The bed was huge and the room so tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and it had a nice big shower.   Breakfast was fabulous and the best part is you don't have to go anywhere, you simply order it for the time that suits and wonderful Barbara delivers it to your door.  Don't miss the chance of staying here, we wished we could have stayed there for so much longer.

“A Little Gem within easy reach of New Quay and local beaches”

Haveing a bright and airy room was very nice and haveing an outdoor space to sit out in was a bonus, the breakfast and evening meals were excellent with plenty to chose from. Also haveing milk and juices in the fridge were lovely along with butter and yogurts. And a selection of teas and coffee and cereals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Swallows, Barbara is a gem, nothing is too much trouble for her. We stayed in room 1 and it is a lovely clean, well furnished room. The little touches like some milk, bread and jams that Barbara includes really makes you feel welcome. 

Barbara's breakfast were great, easy to organise with a text to her the night before and they arrived exceptional hot and fresh.

Really would recommend staying here and the dog absolutely loved it.

Stayed here with my two children. Children had a bed each and room still felt spacious. 

The swallows is in a lovely setting and is very relaxing. 

Accommodation felt homely, stocked fridge and nice coffees were a nice touch. 

Crumble is lovely and my daughter enjoyed her company. 

Breakfast was tasty and delivery to room was very much appreciated. 

We all slept soundly and felt refreshed upon weakening. 

I don't usually return to places but my son is insisting we return in the summer 😁

We had two rooms arriving on probably the worst weather night in the last 210 years. What a sanctuary. Both rooms were wonderfully warm - important since with wind chill it was probably about -10 degrees c outside. The rooms were fantastic with everything you require. Big towels (a must for the wife) and a fully stocked fridge. We eat in the evening and the food was wonderfully cooked by the lovely hostess Barbara and very very good value. The next days' breakfast was equally good. We have already booked our return trip

Stayed here 1 night with my 2 small boys, husband and Mum as we have family in Llandysul. We found the place stunning. We stayed in a beautiful room, it was really spacious. The room was really clean and comfortable. There was a fridge stocked with milk, orange juice, bread etc. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would recommend
