Me & my friend took a day trip to north wales without any bookings . At the end of day we decided to stay so we pulled our car B&B Baytree lodge. Dee was so helpful & show us our rooms . Lovly room bed was so comfortable, nice bathroom. We had a pleasant stay . Brilliant service. We will definitely stay with them again. Brilliant service & reasonable price. Near the town with nice Restaurants 

A friend and I had to find accommodation one night due to getting our car towed during the day (We had no idea there was a no parking sign where we parked, next to Tryfan Mountain) 

Dee was very accommodating and understanding. Terrific Host. The room was great and breakfast was nice. There is parking in front of the accommodation if you are driving. 

Didn't really have time to enjoy the local amenities as we were exhausted and just wanted to relax after a busy day. There is a local Petrol station if you wanted snacks.

10 out 10 would stay again!

We had a fabulous stay with Dee and his family . Dee went above and beyond from start to finish . Excellent host . Great rooms . Great location . Would defo return . Book direct through Dee not alternative agents . Top guy . Thank you for a great weekend for me and my friends . Even the taxi service yiu provided for us free of charge

I had a lovely stay here. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and all I could ask for really. The host and her little Frenchie were so cute and lovely - Will definitely stay again while travelling through Bangor!

First impression are lasting impressions - our warm welcome was the perfect start to the evening after a busy day. Stephanie could not have been more charming, our room was good and the location perfect for our short stay, close to the front and Main Street watering holes

I was stuck in Wales with not a hotel room to be had until i pulled into Baytree Lodge, To say i was greeted with excellence is an understatement. The lady that looked after me was so pleasant and helpful she is worth her weight in gold. The room was lovely, it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Only a 3 min walk to the main street it was a very pleasant stay overall. I will definitely be back especially for what i paid for the room.

A warm welcome, shown to our room instead of being given a key and pointed in general direction.  It was really clean and the en suite had a bath. Unable to offer breakfast due to COVID, we had a complimentary fruit basket in the room.

Stayed at the Baytree very clean comfortable hotel Stephanie very friendly and lovely host I stayed with my son he loved it went to climb the Pyg very wet and windy glad we done it Baytree Lodge is only 20 minutes away I highly recommend Stephanie's place to stay excellent 14   to 17 July 

Stayed here for three nights to hike Snowdon Mountain. Rooms were excellent, extremely clean. Very comfortable double bed.
Great location. Great price and Stephanie was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough. Highly recommend and definitely staying here again when I trek Snowdnoina some time in the future.

I stayed for two nights in an ensuite double room, which was the right size for me travelling with work.
The main points are:
1. You get a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning, served promptly
2. You get a good nights sleep - the curtains are properly dark and it's quiet
3. Plenty of space for parking
4. Short-ish walk from town centre
5. Really good value for money
6. There is free wifi

It's not the most stylish bed and breakfast, but the welcome you get is genuinely warm and I was really looked after, and this makes a real difference when you're away from home. I'd recommend this if you're working away in Bangor. I'd stay here again if I have to return.

Enjoyed our stay in B&B baytree lodge. Had a great day in Bangor

It’s always difficult to know where to stay when you don’t drive. It was about 20 minutes walk to the b&b for the railway station and maybe 12 mins to the high street. We were greeted nicely. We walked to the pier after going shopping for a few things and watched the sunset. It was lovely. It was comfortable for 3 nights and the shower worked really well. I also took advantage of the bath. Always nice to be able to read in a bath. It was quiet. It is  dated and could do with a few updates but I found the bed really comfortable and slept well.

Dated but comfortable

Stayed here for 3 nights during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We were given a large room at the front of the hotel and although dated it was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. As it was so hot we slept with the windows open and even though it is on a busy road the noise was minimal.
The owner was very friendly and hospitable. 
Great location, walking distance to all shops and bars and a good base for visiting Anglesey and Llandudno. 
Added bonus of secure off road parking.
