Our first stay but somewhere we have wanted to visit for some time. We were not disappointed at all. Fantastic room & food that could not be faulted. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly, clearly they strive to get this balance right. A huge thank you to all the staff & a mention to the very helpful member of the team who patiently FaceTimed us whilst we were at the Lucy Pittaway gallery to try & buy a print of one of the pieces from the restaurant which I liked but hadn’t made a note of its name 😱😂Definitely above & beyond in terms of customer service. Looking forward to our next visit.
