Four from a group shared two twin rooms mid August whilst on a weekend golf trip. Graham & Hilary as hosts were very welcoming & helpful in the advice provided associated to Kelso. The guest house is in a great location just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Rooms are very clean & comfortable. Graham takes pride in the breakfasts, the quality of produce was superb & they were delicious. Highly recommended
