Riverbank

Riverbank is a good location in a fairly quiet street. It's an easy walk into the city centre, the old town, the Caledonian Canal, Inverness castle and the Ness Islands which are well worth a visit. Our room was charming in an old fashioned way. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our two-night stay. It was really nice to have enough milk portions in the room for tea and coffee. (So annoying when hotels don't supply enough) Nice hot shower, big fluffy towels and a powerful hairdryer. My bed was a bit worn out but not too bad and I slept well. Contactless check in was really easy and communication with the owner very good by phone and email. We found some excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. Parking behind the building is convenient.
