Stayed here Monday to Friday excellent accomodation. With stunning views. A must is a meal at the local Coolstone courtyard. The Courtyard is a hidden gem with gift shop craft beers, deli and pizza parlour. A must is the property Eyam black plague gin

Can not rate this place high enough! We had a night here and would loved to have stayed much longer. Everything you need is available. Highly recommend for couples, small families or singles. These are the view from the bedroom window!

Beautiful cottage in a picturesque village 

I had one night here recently and I really wished it could have been a week. I've never stayed anywhere quite like it as you are quite literally given the run of the entire house so it feels like a cross between a B&B and a self-catering cottage where you can make yourself completely at home. You have use of a very spacious, comfy lounge where there's a good collection of DVDs, books and games and, more importantly, you can also make free use of the kitchen so can order in take-aways or even cook something for yourself if you want.  There's tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit on offer in the kitchen and even some bottles of wine, if you contribute to an honesty box. I was the only guest so I spent the evening in the lounge watching TV and occasionally popping into the kitchen to make myself another cuppa and it was so much more liberating than just spending the evening in the bedroom, like you often have to do in a hotel or B&B if you're travelling alone and don't want to sit in a pub or restaurant on your own. This instead was a real home from home and the height of relaxation.
The bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated with modern, clean ensuites and huge, comfy beds (and fabulous pillows!) And the decor throughout the house is stylish and immaculate. 
The family live next door so are just a knock away if you need anything and they are the friendliest, most helpful people you could wish to meet. From the moment I arrived nothing was too much trouble and you are made to feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. 
I don't have much reason to visit this area again but I'm trying to find one just so I can stay here again, and for longer next time!

Everything a B&B should be and so much more!

I had a very friendly welcome.  The B&B was thoroughly clean throughout.  Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious every day.  The room was lovely, the bathroom was well stocked with nice shampoo etc. and the shower was very relaxing.  Free wi-fi.  Everything spot on!

Very welcoming, excellent facilities

From the moment we were greeted, and a cup of tea and biscuits provided in the sitting room, through to our departure 2 days later, we were thoroughly at home in Longcroft View.

Many other reviewers have already made these same comments, but I think it worth emphasising.  Our room overlooking the garden was light, airy and with a wonderful view out over the hills. All of the little extras help to distinguish this as an upmarket B&B.

Breakfast, with home made bread, is first rate.

We could not fault our stay and will return to enjoy the Derbyshire Peak District.

Very welcoming and very comfortable

Welcoming, comfortable and spotlessly clean - thank you, Kim and family. Had a well stocked kitchen, bread freshly baked and a cosy sitting room - and a stunning view of the Derbyshire countryside from our rear facing room. Recommended without reserve.

A real gem of a bed and breakfast.

This small B&B is to be recommended. The rooms are very nice and super clean. There is a bright, cozy living room with TVs, DVDs, games, books and lots of information available for the surrounding area. From the terrace and garden you have a wonderful view of the landscape. In the beautiful, spacious living kitchen is also served the excellent breakfast. The hostess is pronounced and very service-oriented. Here you can really feel like a nice house! The village of Eyam is one of the most beautiful in the Peak District and very interesting! This B&B is also very suitable for families.
