Spent two nights here for a family celebration close by. Lexi made us very welcome on arrival. Super clean room with a comfortable bed. Superb breakfasts too. Quiet location and very reasonably priced. Quality, Value and Service in bucket loads.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst we attended the Kelling Heath Star Party. This was ideal for travelling to the site and plenty of amenities around. 

We were warmly greeted by Lexi and Jerry around 7pm as we arrived and chose our breakfast time and dishes. Our bedroom was cosy and perfect for a 2 night stay. The Ensuite was enormous and modern. 

Breakfast was gorgeous with home made jams and marmalades and locally sourced products. It was delicious. Lexi and Jerry were fantastic to get to know and we have booked in for our visit again in 2022.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter break.
When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by Lexi and shown my lovely accommodation, which was a very nice room with a great, modern bathroom. I slept soundly every night! 
Breakfast was excellent and Lexi was so kind,  giving me everything I requested and even offering hot cross buns, and on Easter day I had 3 little mini Easter eggs waiting for me!
Lexi and Jerry are perfect hosts and I left feeling I had made 2 lovely new friends.
I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thank you Lexi and Jerry.

Great B&B to stay at with our spaniel Molly. We were all made very welcome by Lexi and Gerry. Small downstairs room but had everything we needed including a very comfy bed and newly fitted bathroom with great shower. Breakfasts were perfect! Proper bacon and the best scrambled eggs I've had for a very long time. Lots of other choices too. Wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family looking for somewhere to stay in Holt.

Lovely bedroom & bathroom. All we needed in the room including kettle, coffee etc. Nice modern bathroom great shower. Excellent breakfast had choice of full English etc. Felt very welcomed thanks very much.

Excellent B&B, handily placed just off the beaten track in Holt, so you can nip out via the back roads and miss the Bank Holiday traffic! A pleasure to meet Lexi & Jerry, very friendly hosts, they obviously enjoy having visitors. Breakfasts were unbeatable, we had fresh croissants followed by locally smoked kipper (me) and a part English (better half) on our first morning and full English on the second, requesting no croissants as I'm supposed to be on a diet! The table was also groaning with toast, jam, marmalade fresh fruit, tea, coffee and orange & apple juice. Superb! Bought some fabulous extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar & other items which Jerry produces on an olive farm they own in Greece – what an unexpected bonus. Comfy bed (although we are used to one quite a bit wider at home), huge shower room. Would love to visit again one day, if and when we next get to Norfolk. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely stay with a very comfortable bed in a sparkling clean, spacious room with an en-suite bathroom better than most hotels. Off road parking, wonderful choice of breakfasts and (icing on the cake) the fascinating owners, Lex and Jerry, felt like old friends within minutes of our post breakfast chat starting. The heart of the lovely town of Holt is just a short walk away and dog owners are welcomed. No hesitation in giving 5 stars and already recommending to our family and friends.

A lovely place, Jerry and Lexi both really welcoming and friendly, would highly recommended to everyone.  Will definitely go again and stay for more than one night to explore the surrounding areas. Five stars

Very welcoming hosts, lovely room (sherry was a nice surprise), good breakfast with great homemade ginger marmalade. Lexi and Jerry were very accommodating with regards to our dog. Would highly recommend and will return!

The Best Breakfast in Norfolk?

This B&B is the perfect home-from-home in Norfolk

I stayed at 3 Corners recently while visiting friends nearby. As I am recently widowed this was a new experience for me to be on my own in a new place. Within minutes of meeting Lexi,  the host, all my fears melted away. She is so warm and friendly, whilst at the same time very relaxed and respectful of guest’s privacy. My room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and modern en-suite shower room. There were also plenty of hangers and fluffy bathrobes. I’m not a lover of the ‘full english’ and when I asked for an alternative it quickly became clear  that other options are the norm for 3 corners. I had smoked haddock with poached eggs and on another morning perfectly ripe avocado on good quality whole meal toast which had been brushed with olive oil. I was also served fresh fruit salad including raspberries picked that morning  from the garden. This is a very dog friendly home and the large house dog is a gentle giant. The other host is Jerry who is equally relaxed and charming and full of local knowledge as he grew up in the area. Lastly, I must not forget the lovely little decanter of complimentary sherry in the room and the beautiful Greek olive oil (they made it!) which I took home along with the memory of the warm hug from Lexi when I left. 

Friendly family home

From the minute we arrived and settled into our comfortable room, complete with snacks, sherry and a carafe of water in addition to the usual tea and coffee and cookies, we were made to feel extremely welcome. By the end of our week there, we didn't want to leave! Lexi and Jerry really are the hosts with the most. Breakfasts are magnificent, and Lexi will make sure you have just exactly what you fancy (plus fruit from the garden, cereals and lovely hot croissants). My kipper from the Cley smokehouse was a delight, and I was most grateful for Lexi's expert help in deboning it. She and Jerry provided us with friendly, charming, amusing conversation as well as tips to help us with our house-hunting. The house sits in a massive garden, and the footpath at the bottom means that the centre of Holt is less than a 15-minute stroll away. We saw deer, owls and a hedgehog on our way back one evening under a star-spangled and properly dark sky. The family pets added even more to our enjoyment. This is truly the perfect bed and breakfast.

You will never find a better B&B

We only stayed for one night (couple plus dog), but were treated like old friends.
Very welcoming and homely. Superb en-suite, nice comfy bed, quiet location.
Fully stocked room. Towels, bath robes, hot and cold drinks, snacks, etc.
Breakfast was superb, excellent choice. Lexi the landlady very hospitable, a great host.
Very dog friendly. Highly recommended.

So welcoming and homely.

We had a wonderful brief stay at 3 Corners for a wedding in North Norfolk. Lexi, our host, went out of her way to make us welcome and we felt more like family than visitors. The room was perfect with a great en suite. What marks 3 Corners out from the rest was the extra special care Lexi takes of her guests. She rearranged breakfast for us, and even took us to the station when we got timings a bit off and were running late for our train. My partner was a big fan of her home-made chilli jam. We'd love to come back and visit again soon and can't recommend it enough.
