Tucked away, this farmhouse is just superb! Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever enjoyed!Kirsty and Neil are good hosts, ready to offer recommendations if asked, but will leave you to yourselves if you prefer.They keep pigs and chickens, which we were lucky enough to feed, and I can report that the sausages, bacon & eggs at breakfast were very tasty!Added bonus of homemade cakes left out, delicious!Thanks Kirsty & Neil

Me and my partner recently stayed here and had a wonderful stay. we were the only two people staying at the time because we were the last week of the season, and the weather was not so grand. We were given every attention and the family were a perfect host. the breakfast was the best I’ve had, and the only thing I regret is I couldn’t bring some of the sausages home (made with their own pigs).
As a new keen, drone flyer, I was able to take some aerial shots and made a short video for them. Which I hope they liked

The bestB & B in Devon by far. We had a brilliant experience. Booking was easy and uncomplicated, we were kept updated at all times The website is very informative and easy to navigate. 
When we arrived we were greeted by Kirsty with a warm smile and great hospitality ( the chocolate brownie was delicious). We had room 2 which is at the front, spacious and airy with a dual aspect. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful even the chickens are well behaved. The  bed was very comfortable and it was the best sleep we have had at a B & B ever. The garden is relaxing and it is nice to stroll around the lake. In the morning we had a fantastic breakfast with Neil looking after us with much care and attention and is a mine of information if you need advice on places to go and the best route to take. Would highly recommend to all.

we have just got back from the farm house i would recomend it to everyone who needs some where to stay comfy beds, the couple who run it are lovely   , breakfast amazing , overall a great place, if i was in need of some where to stay in the area would most definitely go back again ..thank you..

Easy to find on Google maps. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the hosts are super friendly. It is a wonderfully quiet location with just the sounds of the countryside. It has a small lake you can walk around; very calming.

The couple who run this place are brilliant, they put you at your ease and are witty. The room was lovely clean very light and the bed very comfortable. There wasa comfortable lounge and outside there is wide expanse of grass with wooden eats and a small lake nearby with geese. 
The breakfasts were well cooked - the eggs were produced by their own hens - and everything delicious, I highly recommend you book here.

We had a fantastic family holiday here - Neil was a fab host, super friendly and gave us loads of local recommendations.  Delicious and filling breakfast - eggs and sausages from the farm itself.   Very comfortable and clean rooms, and lovely grounds to walk around too - some of our family enjoyed feeding the chickens.  Lovely and quiet around the farm house,  but Bude beaches and other places within easy reach. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a week in Devon and a very comfortable 7 nights at Leworthy Farm. Room was lovely, very clean with lots of thought given to it's design. Kirsty and Neil are perfect hosts with lots of local knowledge. Breakfasts were amazing with loads of choice. Very good location to access lots of attractions in the area. If you want relaxation and peace in an unspoiled area of Devon I would definitely recommend Kirsty and Neil's lovely farmhouse. You will never go hungry!

Not the easiest place to find, due to being remote. However, what a fantastic find Neil & Kirsty are superb hosts and really make you feel welcome.
Breakfast is made with home grown produce and is top quality. There is even a side show with Neils comedy sketches and sketching competition. We didn't do well in that.
Rooms are spacious and well presented with large en-suite, with plenty of tea and coffee on hand.
Take a walk around the grounds and the lake in the evening when the sun is going down and look back at the Farm, its a spectacular setting.

Fantastic Retreat

This was the best B&B I have ever stayed at.
Excellent room, the food was of the highest standard and Neil the owner helped make our holiday with his friendly banter.
The location was brilliant as well with lots of amazing views and coastal walks.
If you want a enjoyable holiday pick this place you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing holiday destination

We received a warm welcome from Kirsty together with freshly made brownies.   Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable with a wonderful view over the lake & grounds.   The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit salad & a cooked breakfast using all local produce.  Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful B&B in beautiful surroundings

Stayed for a week my third annual visit same room each time. Slept very well in very comfortable bed. We were really well looked after food was excellent and plentiful. Really quiet location perfect for escaping for a week. All the required social distance covid protocols were observed and we felt very safe for the whole week.
