Lovely hotel with amazing restaurant.  We stayed here for just one night on our way back from Birmingham airport.  We have stayed in many premier inns but this one shone above the rest.  We had a meal in the restaurant next door and the food was absolutely excellent the best meal for a long time, served by a lovely girl and cooked to perfection.  The next morning the breakfast was faultless and again cooked to perfection, everything was wonderful and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had in a premier inn.  Mike was the restaurant manager and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend this hotel and beautiful restaurant.

Excellent stay, room clean, had all facilities required for an overnight stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff very welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with 18m and 22 month toddlers, nothing was too much trouble. Meal deal very good value as was the childrens meal.

I stayed in Lympsham Premier Inn for couple of nights with my work colleague. We both thought that the Hotel itself was of a good standard, but we were really surprised by people working in the there - especially Mike in Reception (but also on-site restaurant staff, and a hotel cleaning staff). They all were most  welcoming, kind, warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying in there, the atmosphere there is something what will start and finish your day amazingly.

We stayed for 2nights at M5 J22 Lympsham. Mike greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was made up as a twin (double bed with a single bed) beds were really comfy as usual for a premier inn and room was spacious & clean. 

We saw Mike a few times during our stay, he always chatted to us/said hello. 

The pub next door, The Hobs Boat Inn  is lovely, we sat in the bar area a couple of times (at back of pub) staff were friendly and the starters we had as a snack were delicious.

I’ve stayed a few times at this hotel, it is one of the best premier inn’s. Also a great location for M5, Weston Super Mare & Burnham on Sea.

Great hotel in a good location close to the M5 and a short drive into Weston super mare. 
Clean hotel with  comfy beds very friendly helpful staff,
Warm welcome at the Pub next door, serves amazing cooked breakfast too.

This is one of best premier inns we have been to.it is our third time we have stopped here .and we love it staff are brilliant.nouthing is to much trouble if we had a problem always pleasant and polite.we love coming here . special thanks to Lisa and Mary .for a warm welcome.and the Hobbs boat pub next door is great.look forward to seeing you next time .

The Premier inn is a little old fashioned but the beds are super  comfortable , the rooms are clean and the staff are  friendly. 

On arrival to the room we found a purple card on the bed saying “congratulations you won a prize” and to take down to reception to claim some chocolates / sweets which is a really nice touch. 

Recommend as a stop over hotel albeit it was a little further from the motorway than we expected. 

The Premier inn is a little dated inside but  made up for it with friendly, helpful and polite staff.

On arrival to the room we found a purple card on the bed saying “congratulations you won a prize” and to take down to reception to claim. 
We did this and got to choose from a good selection of prizes (to suit all). 

This is a brilliant and easy idea and one that Premier inn should roll out across all branches

Special thanks to Mary on reception. Mary went above and beyond with looking after us. I had recently had a knee replacement, we were booked in a room on the 1st floor no lift & Mary moved us to a room with a wet room on the ground floor with no stairs. So helpful & caring, thank you so much. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely weekend break just to relax with no stress, we were really pleased with our room which was clean and the bed was very comfy, The shower was nice and hot We would definitley stay here again.
