Travelodge Heathrow Heston M4 Westbound

My 5 star experience happened on October 17th @ 16:35 hrs.... when a young employee named NAVNEET showed customer service and business ethics showed her beautiful empathetic nature. Securing her employers and only travel lodge m4 eastbound future business....which began and now will end when she leaves to follow her dreams what ever they may be for she is too young and intelligent to be loyal to travel lodge. Honestly folks it is what it is.....the price reflects the service....but I love the fact it's at the most strangest times you meet a gem like Navneet. I wish her the very best for not only was my employee pleasantly surprised and a old like me left feeling just as pleasantly surprised as my employee....and what makes this great is the young lady receptionist probably is not aware what her actions were that required a legitimate and happy review. Enjoy the travel in question and and maybe yourself or yours will be lucky to be greeted by a lovely smile and excellent receptionist NAVNEET.
