Best Western Cumberland

I recently took my family to London. It was a long journey in train from West Yorkshire. I had booked 2 family rooms in Cumberland Hotel. It was an amazing stay from start to end. Upon arrival a very helpful, pleasant and bubbly receptionist welcome Us. Her name was Aneta. She was very nice and professional and knew exactly what she was doing. She got us two family rooms which I wanted to get. She apologised for these rooms not to be on the same floors which I wasn't really bothered about. The room I have got was absolutely amazing. Beautiful decor, nice space,cleaned up to a very high standard and on top of that a great View of Park Lane. The second room was exceptional too. In the morning breakfast was on a different level with so much choice. I stayed for two nights and it felt like home. On the day I was leaving i needed late check out as Mrs and kids were returning late from Harry porter trip. The shining star Aneta was there to help. I have to say staff like Aneta are an asset to any organisation. I will highly recommend Cumberland Hotel. A huge thanks for making our stay one of our most memorable trip.
