After a 25k hike, I was in need of a great B&B. How lucky I was booking up the Bridge House. Lydia and Ed were perfect hosts. the set-up has a brilliant drying room for our hiking equipment including papers should boot stuffing be required. With the local pub being shut, an excellent shared evening meal with wine was provided that was great value for money. Even better was our room. Fabulously comfortable, quiet, and even had a bath as well as shower for thoese aching legs. Just 0.5km from the trail, the perfect location. Lydia and Ed offer several options for accommodation so all budgets can be met. Breakfast was excellent with many home made options available for the guests. Highly recommended and a place I will definitely return to when I hike parts of the wall with my wife in the future.
