We chose this pub as we wanted to visit the Sugarloaf vineyards and try the wine flight so needed somewhere in walking distance. In fact if you walk from the front of this pub to the left side and to the back there is a public footpath which takes you there in 10 minutes which was perfect. The pub is in a great location to access the National Park and the rooms were lovely and clean with a firm but comfortable bed, a nice ensuite and a tea/coffee tray. It is out of the main centre for all the restaurants so you'd either drive in or walk 30 minutes but we ate at the pub which was very nice. The pub was very quiet from about 9.30pm onwards and we heard no noise from our room. We would definitely recommend.
