I had an absolutely brilliant stay, all staff were very friendly, room was sparkly clean and bigger than expected, location was ideal, bus stop nearby and good access to motorway. Restaurant was next door and had good offers and fast service, staff were friendly there too and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

I stay here for business all the time and it’s such an excellent hotel nothing is to much and check in is always swift room is always nice and clean and staff are all friendly and really chatty and is has lots of amenities around like Costa Tesco and dominos etc

A small but friendly hotel with great staff. A special shout out for Amy on reception who was sympathetic and friendly helping us find a room. The wi fi wasn't great at hotel but with the professional touch Amy saved the day. THANK YOU ❤️.......

Nice place to stay very clean and comfortable we always stay here when visiting relatives in Gloucester. I did have a little problem with the wi fi I spoke to Verity on reception she sorted it straight away .
Alana was also helpful. Good location with pub next door plus Supermarket and coffee shops nearby

Great nights sleep, what we expect from a premier inn really. Good location with a big Tesco and variety or food places nearby. Room was spacious and had all that we needed and reception was well stocked with the things you may have forgotten.

Some things to bear in mind that didn’t effect us but may other: the lift is currently out of order so we helped a young family with a pushchair up a few flights of stairs. Also the WiFi wasn’t the most reliable, you could upgrade but we had good signal so wasn’t needed.

Came to visit family in brockworth - amazing clean hotel and was nice that there is a pub next door as managed to have a nice family meal in there. All staff super friendly and will stay again when back visiting family again soon! Was a Sunday night so hotel was nice and quiet

Always use Premier Inn's where possible when travelling. It's never our final destination, but if we need to stop on route, or wait overnight for a flight, we always use Premier Inn where possible. Always had a great experience, and a good nights sleep. Premier Inn Gloucester was no exception to this. Checking in was a breeze, no queue, although it was about 7:30pm, We had a meal booked, but the Brewers Fayre last orders for meals is apparently 8:30pm so beware of that (although it was a Sunday). We were on a long distance driving trip, and chose Gloucester Business Park as our mid stay overnight stop (ideally located near M5). Our stay was really great, comfortable room as always. We opted for both evening meal and breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door. I can also say both meals were just great, as was the service, in fact Brewers Fayre actually went above and beyond, so shout out to those guys too. Would I stay there again? heck yeah. Great room, great location for stop over, great food. Thanks.

Must give a special mention to Megan for always being so friendly and excellent on check-in (even when it can get busy there).

I found this Hotel a pleasure to stay in. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Quick and easy check in and map provided of local area which was helpful. Room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the air con kept the room nice and cool. Lots of hot water and shampoo and shower gel provided. Amy was so lovely and left a little note and some biscuits in my room whilst I was out at work. Excellent customer service and I hope to stay there next visit to work. Thank you.

Had a lovely stay here, whilst visiting friends and family we felt very welcomed, clean and big rooms. Had breakfast next door that was very good too. Also it is very clean de to the motorway which is very handy

What you expect from a Premier Inn

We have stayed at numerous Premier Inns as the price is usually very reasonable and you know exactly what you will get.  The Gloucester Business Park hotel is in a    newish area with smart businesses and several shops including a huge Tesco opposite.  The parking is free and there is a Brewers Fayre opposite.  The receptionist was delightful and helpful and we were given a 2nd floor room which was a slight drawback as the lift does not work currently.  The room was large and pleasant and typical Premier Inn!   The bed was comfortable and the curtains blackout.  The bathroom was good with a powerful over-bath shower.  The one negative was the wifi which was erratic and, when working, extremely slow.  This was a drawback for some internet work I wanted to do and also for the TV which failed to work on occasions as it seemed to need the internet.  The Brewers Fayre opposite was good and provided us with an excellent evening meal.

Stayed to attend the races. Arrived too early and Rhi and Suzy very kindly arranged a room so we could get changed. Helpful and friendly with a can do attitude. The hotel was immaculate, the bedding and pillows plush. Gr8 location and good access to local facilities. Had a gr8 meal and breakfast at the Brewers Fare which is linked to this Premier Inn. Will make this my go to for the next races . I love a Premier Inn but this was better again . The lady on reception in the evening was also very pleasant. Excellent stay. Well down Gloucester Business Park
