This B & B was a great find. Spotlessly clean. Large bedroom.  Super comfy bed.  Lovely breakfast.  Situated along a quiet lane.  The host was very helpful, and left us to feel very much at home.  Highly recommend this B & B

Perfect

Just returned froma lovely four night break at Homelands. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Erik will give advice and tips to help you to plan your days out or to help you to have an even better day.  Theplace is beautiful with a stunning garden where we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and relaxing as it is so peaceful. Our room was spotlessly clean and had lots of extras to make our stay as comfortable  as possible including, tea and coffee making facilities. There was free  high speed wi-fi and a TV with Freesat. The  bed was comfortable and the shower in the en-suite was lovely. Downstairs, there is a guest utility room with a fridge containing fresh milk for tea and coffee and filtered water for guests. There is a garden room at the back of the house for guests to use and relax in with a lovely log burning fire for cooler weather. Breakfast was delicious. The choice was fantastic and everything was fresh. Erik made sure we had enough and kept our tea and coffee topped up. Homelands is in a good location for getting out and about to visit other areas of the Cotswalds with it being a short drive/taxi ride away. There are local pubs within walking distance serving food for dining out. Our visit coincided with the pandemic and we were a bit hesitant about going away but all the necessary safety procedures are in place and we felt completely safe there. We would highly recommend Homelands and will definitely be visiting again.

I have just spent three nights at Homelands and it was delightful. There is a very calm feeling within the house, and the location is beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious and Erik was very welcoming. The garden and guest lounge area are super. I thoroughly recommend Homelands.

Best B&B we've stayed in. Rooms first class. Breakfast excellent. All fresh produce.. Erick and Nicci perfect hosts.

Excellent week's stay. Erik and Nikki were wonderful and we were given a warm welcome.
Breakfast was excellent every day. Plenty of information in the bedrooms to plan your day or Erik at breakfast gave his time to help plan your day.

Homelands is what every B&B should be like. It was my second visit here and this time I stayed in the Sudeley room. The room and ensuite are simply amazing and so quiet that I kept thinking I was the only person in the building. The hosts, Nikki and Erik seem to effortlessly provide excellent service every time. From the warm welcome to always being attentive without being obtrusive to the fantastic breakfast (they got me ALL I asked for). There is a fridge and laundry facilities for guests’ use and you are made to feel at home using them. Should I require accommodation in the Cotswolds for the third time, Homelands is definitely the place for me. Thanks, Nikki and Erik, for a wonderful second stay.

The Sudeley Room

Just returned from a few days in the Cotswolds visiting relatives ; we stayed at Homelands B&B.  Fantastic location looking out across fields and local horses.  Beautiful en-suite room, added bonus of utility room housing washing machine, fridge with help yourself milk, water etc.  A nice lounge for visitors to use as well.  The proprieters were friendly, helpful, wonderful breakfast with homemade produce.  The only downside would be walking up the lane in the dark or in bad weather, otherwise Overall Excellent...

Idealic Setting

My partner booked the B&B for us both to have a weekend away, i had never been to the costwolds but would highly recommend. The room was lovely and spacious, Spotless and beautifully decorated. Erick was a brilliant host and very friendly he couldnt have done more for us to to make sure we had a good time. The hosts really do think of everything with lots of little thoughtful touches and a brilliant welcome pack with personal recommendations on places to go and shops, pharmacies etc nearby. Anything you might possibly need.

The B&B's dedication to locally sourced products and making their own was second to none, with a stunning garden including the chicken and the bees was spectacular. Would definitely go back and stay again and highly recommend, The breakfast was amazing also and such a large array to choose from.

A little spot of serenity

Erik & Nikki provide a first class welcome and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome in their lovely home. A really nice touch was the welcoming e-mail giving correct and detailed description of how to find 'Homelands'. What a pleasant little extra.
Nothing is too much trouble. There are so many extras that are on offer from 'specials' for breakfast to the homemade soaps, the use of the utility room if required. 
There are too many to list. You would have to visit to appreciate the extra care that is taken for every guest.
A beautiful guests lounge and garden room and the wonderful garden to relax in.

First class place to stay whilst touring in the Cotswolds

Very friendly reception, very attentive hosts, exellent breakfast. We really liked the fridge and dishes for the use were available. The host gave us valuable tips for excursions and hikes in the area.
