Really lovely property, arrived late but loads of outside lighting so easy to find and feels safe. Room was perfect and bathroom had everything I needed. Breakfast at The Crown was also great,Only downside was noise from the main road with lorries unloading but maybe Im a light sleeper?? Would fully recommend

8 Owls is a lovely B&B on the Main Street in Glastonbury. The room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet street at night. Close to everything, shopping, eating, sightseeing. The Tor and Chalice Well are in walking distance. Lilija informed us very well with regards to checking in and parking facilities, which are very close by. The breakfast in The Crown over the road was lovely as were the staff.We will definitely be returning.Thank you Lilija!

Having read a few previous reviews wasn’t sure what to expect. Some said stairs were awful.  Both me and my wife found the stairs fine.  But anyone with restricted mobility may struggle. .  Room spotlessly clean. Breakfast voucher in room to be used at local pub.  Voucher value is £15pp. Full breakfast is £13.95. Then drinks are extra. So you end up paying a bit extra which isn’t made clear when you book. There are cheaper options on menu though.

A good find.

Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back.

Tucked away beside the assembly hall, this is a fantastic location, rooms were spotless, with a comfortable bed and fresh quality linen and towels, there's also use of a kitchen, it's self check in which was effortless, so handy if you're arriving late.Points to note, there's stairs to the room (2 flights) as you're on the high street near the pubs and monument there is noise at night, as you'd expect from the location.

Clean, charming, super location. Check-in was very easy and the owner was very responsive and helpful- she helped me order a taxi to the airport after my stay. The breakfast voucher was great. The bed was cozy:) the room felt very homey😁 It was a little loud outside on the street around 9:30PM or so, but I was able to sleep well the whole night.Thank you for a great stay🙏

The only thing that needs a comment is regarding breakfast which is served very locally at the Crown hotel. The allowance barely covers the cost of breakfast, meaning that if you want tea or coffee then you have to pay extra. The arrangement itself is fine, its just the value of the allowance should at least cover 'breakfast'.

8 Owls Cottage was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Glastonbury, comfy, clean, cosy and with a little outdoor patio to sit and relax.  We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living space is well sized for us to all spend time in and for two teenage daughters to sleep in with a really comfy bed for us. Will be back again I'm sure.

The communication before arrival was very clear, making it easy to find parking / access to the property. The room was well appointed & everything we needed as a base in the middle of the town! The roof terrace was a lovely offering..loved seeing the Tor over the roof tops! We will definitely be back, when we next plan a stay in our favourite town! Can't recommend enough!

The location in town was excellent for my daughter and I as we used public transportation for our entire trip.Around the 8 Owls were cute shops, pubs, a tea room and restaurants.The 8 Owls itself was very well conceived. Each room (I peeked at others) were all generous in size and the conveniences were nice (a shared kitchen) and a refrigerator for everyone to use. The owl theme throughout was tastefully done. I like that we had bottled water and could make tea or coffee in our room.My only suggestion would be ice buckets for the guests to use (I didn't find any). Other than that I would say the place is perfect!
