Stayed here for one night large and very comfortable bed breakfast was one of the best  I have had every thing was cooked perfectly and very tasty the couple who run this guest house should be very proud of there guest house 5****** is not enough a great stay

Just returned from a 5 night stay with Jeremy and Jayne at Seafield Guest House. Jeremy greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome, carried my extremely heavy case upstairs for me on the 2nd floor and made us feel warm and comfortable in our room 5. Lovely room with the most comfortable super king size bed we've very slept in. Plenty of wardrobe and drawers space and a well stocked selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate etc and high quality biscuits and also a flat screen TV with Free view. Lovely little en-suite with shower, toilet and sink with high quality complimentary soap, shampoo and body lotion. Everything we needed and more. Jeremy's Breakfast was delicious, we tried the Full English, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale, fruit and Yogurt and cereals. All were absolutely to die for..... especially his fabulous poached Eggs (ask him how he makes them!) The Seafield Guesthouse is in the perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from the pretty little gift shops and boutiques and 5 minutes to Filey's fabulous beach. All in all I would highly recommend a stay with Jayne and Jeremy and would, without hesitation, award the five stars. Hope to see you again soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Traditional style B&B but top quality. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with a luxury en suite, an awesome breakfast with plenty of choice and a fantastic fruit salad. really couldn't fault it! If you find yourself in Filey give it a go you wont be dissapointed!

I have stayed at the Seafield Guest House on two occasions and each time I have been made very welcome and comfortable.  The place is spotlessly clean. The food served is excellent.
Jemery and Jane run a first class Guest House and I would have no hesitation in recommending people to stay there.    

Jeremy was so helpful from my first phone call. He went out of his way for his guests, giving us runners an early breakfast, answering any questions with his local knowledge and little extras such as Filey rock in the room. Thank you so much for a great stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return! 

I would recommend a stay at Seafield, it has everything you would want and need. Jeremy and Jayne are very friendly and welcoming, excellent location, rooms are very clean and comfortable and breakfast is exceptional. We have stayed here many times and love it.

I booked Seafield Guest House for an overnight seaside break with my sister. We drove over to Filey from Leeds and found a parking space nearby. We were really pleased with the guest house which is situated on a nice street close the shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful. Our twin room was lovely and exceeded our expectations.  We both had Full English for breakfast which was delicious. A great choice for a B&B. We wished we could have stayed for longer.

Happy with the room perfect location and very clean and lots of little extras including rock on the pillow. Also breakfast was decent plenty of it and cooked to perfection! Staff were friendly and overall very happy with our stay thank you

We had a very enjoyable night here in Room 2, which is a spacious and beautifully styled room with a fabulously comfy bed. Generous complimentary toiletries and hospitality tray, including little touches which included a stick of Filey rock, makeup remover wipes, and very thoughtful hand sanitizer with wipes. Everywhere in this guest house is spotlessly clean and it's evident the owners have really gone out of their way to ensure the safety of every guest.
Breakfast here is a wow factor. The full English is a huge plate of everything you'd expect, well-cooked and done to perfection. Other choices are equally as good, eg, Eggs Royale, which was superb.
As there's a room on the ground floor here, it's an ideal place to take my husband's elderly mother due to not having to climb stairs, so we hope to be back sometime next year. 

Stayed here for a night in October to meet up with family, lovely little guest house, clean and well equipped rooms, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, overall a good weekend will book again next time we are in filey
