Premier Inn Exeter Countess Wear

The Countess Wear, has a nice aspect as a hotel, being spread-out and mostly on one level, and it has great access to the City of Exeter.

The welcome and personal attention received from Hayden on arrival was really appreciated. 

The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious and warm, with decent facilities and unlimited hot water. 

Add the competitive prices and  the Breakfast/Dinner deal and the whole package represents great value.

Absolutely brilliant place. On arrival we were greeted by the manager who was in the process of sorting a cock up with our booking from our travel booing team. There was no fuss with it, it was dealt with in a professional manner. Both members of staff who checked us in ( manager and a lovely young lady ) were full of smiles and couldn't do enough to help us settle in.
I will be back again. I love staying at premier inn anyway but the fact that i got an upgrade to ultimate WiFi for the duration of my stay was a nice touch and gesture.

I arrived too early to check in, but the kind receptionist sorted out a room for me at no extra charge. This room was warm and clean, ideal for me. I wasn't disturbed throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot, although it could have been higher as I'm over 6 ft. overall a very pleasant stay, would recommended this hotel and I'd gladly stay there again.  

Check In staff lovely and helpful nothing to much trouble extra tea and coffee given when I asked even had some biscuits given to me which was a nice touch, room clean and bed was well made and comfortable and free parking on site is always a good thing 

I cannot thank premier inn countess wear enough for my amazing anniversary stay! My boyfriend called ahead and the lovely lady Diane made our room absolutely magical. Everything was organised so beautifully and I could really tell proper thought had been put into it. Thank you so much! Not to mention I’ve stayed in a lot of premier inns and this one was so clean and comfortable, I felt so at home, will definitely be returning.

Second visit here, was just as good as the first. Staff really firendly upon checkin. Room clean and tidy. Even had a box of chocolates in my room as was my aniversary. Thank you all for a warm welcome and antother great stay. Will see you in a few months.

Needed a place to stay in Exeter to visit various friends in the area. Premier Inn has consistently high quality rooms and restaurant. Ideal for a short stay. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent. Good menu for evening meal.

Very good value for money, lovely clean & tidy rooms, excellent location as we have friends in Exeter and is much better than stopping in the centre, have stopped here a few times and will def be returning.

My son and I arrived early and asked if we could leave our car in the car park. The lovely receptionist Diane said let me see if your room is ready. We were able to check into our room before heading into Exeter on the bus. The bus stop is a short walk down the road. 
The room was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. 
We had a meal that night next door. We had a lovely waitress who was also there for breakfast the next morning. The food was good and plentiful. 
The next morning when we checked out the same lovely receptionist came out of the office and asked us about our plans for the day. We were off on the Polar express, dressed in our Christmas pj’s. She didn’t need to come and speak to us but she did and genuinely seemed interested in where we were going. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the lovely staff, Premier Inn are lucky to have you all working for them. It makes such a difference when you have a warm and friendly welcome. 

Stayed here for Christmas break location very close to relatives so perfect for us. Good value for 5 nights stay. Double room and enough space to squeeze in our fold-up cot and 22 month old son. No lift but this was made clear in the description. All 3 of us had a very comfortable stay.

Always good value for money and a decent nights sleep. 
2 nights for less than £100 and free parking. Not far off the motorway and close to Exeter centre. Our room was a little older but still clean and tidy. Shower was powerful with nice shower gel and hand soaps provided. Always like the mirror and lighting to get ready in premier inns as well. 
Tea coffee and kettle in the room. Lady was really friendly on check in.

Amazing anniversary stay!

Brilliant place to stay with friendly staff.

Have stayed at this Premier Inn before and this experience was very postive indeed. My car has a blow out on the way to site.  Therfore i had no transport during my stay.   the staff couldnt be more helpful in arrnage taxi for me and whe nones was avaialbe they printed me off a walking map to my location.  The gentleman on reception sais he would of given me a lift to collect my card if he wasnt on his own.  Talk about Customer Service.  Thank You.

Staff very helpful, room was clean and plenty of parking. The bar closed at 10.45 pm sharp on both the Fri and sat evenings, apparently without consideration for hotel residents which was a littele diappointing.
