Great location, all local amenities a few minutes away, also pier and prom a few minutes walk.
Our room was very spacious, clean, everything we needed, plates and cutlery, so can have takeaway which is good to know also cups, glasses, and a bottle of Pinot Grigio 😊
Small fridge, with tea, coffee milk all included. 
Bath room very spacious, hand wash, shower gel body lotion, bath and shower lovely towels lots of space to put toiletries, 
Big wardrobe, bed very comfortable bed extra pillows,  4 comfortable chairs, free wi fi, tv great, sockets next to bed both sides, and bedside table lamps very good. Lots of space also on the mantle piece.

Overall, excellent value for money. Great location, two mins from the sea front and pier. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. I saw a couple of other comments re parking, no you can’t park right out side, but you can unload and there is plenty of parking within a two minute walk. Oh and nearly forgot, Richard the owner was really friendly and helpful!

Stayed for 4 nights this week. Accommodation is immaculate, breakfast is delicious. The owners Richard and Karen are extremely welcoming and helpful. Located 2 minute walk from beautiful Cromer beach,would highly recommend a stay there.

A wonderful B&B in the heart of one of the nicest seaside towns in the UK! What's not to love :) We stayed here for my 40th birthday, and the 2 lovely owners really made it a special experience. The breakfasts were delicious and they have the 2 most adorable dogs who greet you every time you come down. A really easy 10/10! Thank you

Excellent customer services. Richard and Karen very friendly. Lovely little touches in our room. Tea  trolley had tasty biscuits. Gorgeous breakfast. 1 minute to pier. Parking 5 minute walk. Wish we had longer there!

So glad to have found this little gem. The hosts are really into making sure their guests are looked after and made to feel at home. The accommodation is first class and breakfast simply superb.
I can't recommend highly enough.

Welcoming staff. Very helpful. Lovely room. Superb comfy bed. Nice breakfast pre booked, additional charge. Not compulsory. Cafes nearby if you wish. Ate in the smokehouse restaurant onsite. Could not fault the meal or the service of the pleasant waitress and chef.

Just returned from a two night stay at this lovely b&b. Room and bathroom both very large and very clean. I was a bit concerned it was going to be noisy ( especially when I saw they supplied earplugs) but it wasn’t. We were disturbed for only about twenty minutes when the pub next door closed.

A bit difficult to park close by but we did find a spot a few streets away.

Plenty of tea, coffee and milk supplied in room aswell as soap, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.

Breakfast delicious and all freshly cooked.

Would recommend.

This B&B was definitely worth the money, we turned up and were welcomed by friendly staff who showed us to our room. From there the staff were fantastic, every time we saw them they asked if everything was okay with our room and our stay, they were interested in our day around the Cromer area and what we had done which was nice. 
The room we had was huge, large bed which was very comfortable, fan in the bedroom which was very useful, bottle of water in the room which was also a lovely touch. The refreshments were heavily stocked so we never ran dry of hot drinks, plus the biscuits were delicious. The bathroom was probably on par with the bedroom when it comes to sizing, huge bath and shower and plenty of towels.
Breakfast was lovely too, plenty of options to choose from, there was plenty of fresh fruit, juice and cereals available, we had a full English both days, and it was really nice, the staff constantly checked up asking if we wanted any more toast or hot drinks.

All in all we had a lovely stay and would 100% stay at this B&B again if we were in Cromer.

Just had a short break in the Cromer area and can certainly recommend Wellington House B&B. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and made us feel totally at home. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge and well stocked again everything was spotless.
The breakfast choice was brilliant and the cooked breakfast was as good as I have ever had.
I would certainly return to Wellington House and it is an excellent location to explore North Norfolk from. Fantastic hosts who are knowledgeable about the area.

Great value B&B

Excellent!

Had a good stay here. The location in the centre of town and very near the sea front is excellent. It does however mean it is lively. There wasn't noise from the pub but the 8am delivery trucks create a good early alarm call. The room was spacious with some nice touches such as a fire place and coffee maker. The restaurant  was out of action due to a problem with the kitchen extractor which was a shame as the smoke house food sounded intetesting. Would definitely stay here again.

what a total gem of a place. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are big. The owners have thought about this. Fresh home made cookies everyday. Wine glasses and a bottle opener in the room. ( they know us well ). The breakfast well it said fresh fruit and it was. Not tinned fresh. The cooked breakfast cooked to perfection. This is only a few steps away from the sea front. The owners are so friendly and have 2 beautiful dogs. If your not a dog lover don't worry they are kept out the way behind a child gate, but they did appear once or twice to say hello. Totally love this place. Very friendly.
