Cocked Hat Hotel

Did not stay overnight but we called for a meal and drinks. I do visit quite a lot of hospitality venues and I must say, what a pleasant visit this proved to be. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed. The service provided was polite and courteous both at the bar and, especially, at the table when our meals were served. The young lady who looked after us was called Maddy and she came across as not only extremely attentive but she genuinely made sure everything was 1st class. So often, staff are not trained correctly in providing hospitality but this young lady was a credit to both your establishment and how you train your staff. Thank you for a pleasant visit and please thank Maddy for us. We will visit again when in your area.
