383 reviewsThis place is our favourite in Llandudno...The new hosts, Lisa and Darren are quite simply the best! Greeted warmly upon arrival it never stopped! I was given a birthday card and gift for my birthday and our bedroom door was furnished with a 'happy birthday' banner...such a lovely and kind gesture! The new honesty bar is a welcome change and we were able to enjoy soft drinks on the terrace which was nice. The room was great as usual and the breakfast was second to none. Lisa's fruit salad on a morning is the best I've ever had! The location of this hotel is brilliant and we just love coming here...long may it continue!
