My husband and I stayed at MF 3 nights. What a lovely home and garden, and hostess Penny was on top of every detail. We had some great laughs with her and sister Caroline, and a bonus was their sweet lab Phoebe! The setting is idylic, the bed comfortable and breakfast hot and fresh. Thank you so much ladies! I hope we'll be back. 

We came here on the first day of our garden week and immediately felt at home.
The garden itself should ask for payment - so many lovely places to discover there.
Penny was so friendly and showed us round, Simon even emerged at 6 in the morning to give me good advice for my morning tour and later also informed us about the busy traffic situation.
Only trouble - the entrance sign is neatly hidden :-)
Breakfast fine, room very romantic (see pictures) - absolutely recommendable!

Wonderful garden views, clean and tidy double room. Perfect place to stay for the weekend and to be able to explore the Fittleworth Village and nearby town of Petworth. Friendly and warm welcome by the owner.

Top B&B, great garden, superb hosts

Cosy and Comfortable.

Recently stayed for 1 night, attending a wedding.  The owner is extremely rude & forthcoming.  The bed & views lovely..that's about it.  Made us feel unwelcome & intrusive from our arrival to our departure.  She needs to work on her social skills & the way she expresses herself.  The breakfast was cold & unsatisfactory.  Would not recommend this property to my enemy
