I held my 60th party at Top Joe’s Narberth, Dan and his wonderful team put on a fabulous supper. Lots of drinking and dancing and a lot of of laughter. The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate-  everyone was delighted.

We had been to the pizza restaurant a LOT  when staying in Narberth in December and came back to stay  in Jan as we had to return a hire car and  (eventually) pick up our  expensively broken one from a garage up the road. Despite being stressed about the car/not on holiday, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is as wonderful as the pizzas- and that is really saying something! 
Room was small but clean and so comfortable- I got the best four nights  of sleep I had had in weeks. Wifi was very good, which was very welcome, as I was working. 
Breakfast is excellent too and the staff, most of whom we had met already, are AMAZING.  It would be great to come back in the summer- the garden/terrace and garden rooms looked lovely, but I'd also  recommend staying here at Christmas- we got all our shopping done in the very good shops of Narberth, fuelled by pizza! Thank you again Thomas, Denise, Lisa, Chris and everyone else  for looking after us so well and also for being so accommodating when we kept having to stay on yet another day (and eat more pizza). See you again soon.

Top Joe’s was a wonderful surprise - a charming Georgian townhouse with a very comfortable, quiet room, a fantastic breakfast and extremely helpful and hospitable staff.  The bonus was a cosy restaurant with a log fire serving amazing pizzas on the ground floor.

We stayed in room 7 in the main townhouse (so can’t comment on the exterior rooms). 

Ours was spotless and cosy. Very comfortable and a lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower,toiletries and big fluffy towels.  A hairdryer would have been useful but I towel dried my hair.
We told told how to access the building after hours which we did having been to a
Wedding elsewhere. 

The welcome we had was lovely and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent - help yourself cereals,
Fruits, croissants and then a variety of cooked options. Pick n mix basically. All delicious.

We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again when we are next in the area.

We had a lovely stay in room 11 the duplex suite. Sitting room with two sofas wet room and big comfy bed. Right on the High Street with loads of gorgeous shops especially at Christmas.  Great breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was tasty. Helpful staff. Very clean. We’ll be back!!

This was a fabulous place to stay. Our suite (number 11 in the back of the property) was lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious and a nice sized portion. WI-FI had strong reception which really helped as we brought our smart speaker and iPad. (Lot of places have poor patchy reception but we were able to stream and listen to music with no interference). This was a huge positive for us. 

Only slight disappointment was the Bar and restaurant was closed but they are struggling to recruit staff which is no fault of theirs. It is opening again in November once full staff in place. 
Agne (host) was very helpful and polite.

Just returned  from a 4 night stay at 32 the townhouse. Great base for exploring Pembrokeshire  and Narberth  is a pleasant  little market town with a good variety of restaurants  and a few pubs. We were happy with our room which was clean and tidy and serviced daily.Breakfast  was very enjoyable  with several choices and we found the staff to be very friendly and hard working , especially  Agna from Lithuania  who was always helpful with advice on the area from places to eat or places to visit.

A really enjoyable stay in Narberth. The hotel was comfy , breakfast well organised and tasty. Check in easy. Free parking at rear of hotel. Joe's Pizza on GF but no noise from this (and Pizzas there are great)

We've just stayed for 3 nights in the large duplex room and loved it. The room itself is a great size, bed is comfy and air conditioning was welcomed during this warm weather, parking is easy to find at the rear of the hotel and we never had problems finding a space. One day we had an early start for a visit to Skomer and the hotel staff very kindly organised for takeaway bacon sandwiches and coffee which was perfect, breakfast on the other days was also great and even though you only have 4 options all were fantastic. A great stay which I'd highly recommend and look forward to returning.

We decided on Narberth as it is convenient for visiting Tenby and South Pembrokeshire as well as St David's and the North Pembrokeshire coast.  But Narberth itself was worth visiting with a range of restaurants and pubs plus independent shops.  We were very impressed with 32 Townhouse where Dan, who owned the pizza restaurant below had very recently taken over the rooms above, ably assisted by Agnesa, a professionally trained housekeeper.  Our room at the top of the house was large, well appointed and very clean, with an exceptionally deep and comfortable mattress.  Breakfasts were cooked to order and we had a number of chats with Dan and Agnesa who were full of information about the countryside around.

We recently booked Top Joe’s for a one night stop over to attend a family funeral. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people.

All three rooms were lovely, really clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. 

There is very little open in Narbeth on a Sunday evening out of season, we had struggled to get a dinner reservation anywhere, so we booked the restaurant at the  b&b. The food was brilliant! Pizzas are incredible, fresh and just as good as we have had in Italy.

Breakfast was great with lots of options, for both hot & cold. Really good quality food with dietary restrictions catered for, dairy free and gluten free options.

All in all a really pleasant stay.

This place is great hosted by very helpful staff but I don’t think that the price reflected the rooms. I booked what I thought was a specific twin room in the main part of the building but was given a courtyard room which wasn’t as nice although a lot roomier but it was a bit shabby and I thought clean until we had a hornet in the room which we couldn’t catch because of the high beamed ceiling and after staring at the beams for about an hour in a vain hope of getting rid of the hornet realised the extent of the cobwebs, which I would excuse normally in an old beamed room, but there were a lot. The bathroom was shabby too with cracked paint and wires protruding plus the doors of the shower didn’t meet so watered leaked out. 
However the host was gracious and showed me three other double rooms to choose from and I chose a room in the main building but I now had a double bed which is way too small for my partner and I so we slept with our feet off the end of the bed. I don’t want to sound too disparaging because the lady who ran the rooms was lovely and couldn’t do enough to rectify the matter but this is my experience and review.

A real gem in the heart of Narberth!

32 Townhouse correctly describes itself as a B&B rather than a hotel. The entrance is through the pizza restaurant on the ground floor and it doesn`t have a traditional hotel reception or a bar as such. It means that if you go out in the evening, getting a last drink back at base after 9.30 may be difficult. 
However, overall it works. Due to (our) booking incompetence we stayed in 2 rooms during our 5 night stay and both rooms were clean and very nice. The parking- very important in busy Narberth- was fine ; we had no trouble finding spaces. There was a fairly limited choice for breakfast but it was very nice. We eat once in the restaurant. It was nice but very busy so book in advance. 
The staff in both the B&B and the restaurant were lovely despite being run off their feet. Would stay here again.

This business is currently undergoing a change in management. Originally the restaurant and accommodation were managed separately. The restaurant proprietor is in the process of taking over the whole business and has great improvement plans. 

Overall our mews converted accommodation was comfortable. Set out as a mini suite with a sofa it was a spacious room with external access which allowed for plenty of flexibility in coming and going. Whilst the need was comfy it was only a double (clearly stated at the time of booking).  The room would have benefited from a small fridge. The linen and bedding were very comfy.  Some external ventilation for coller fresh air would have been welcomed along with nets or blinds to provide privacy from other residents walking into the B&B. 

Everything was clean, if a little tired looking. The location in Narberth and within Pembrokeshire was excellent and very convenient for day trips to St David's, Tenby, Picton Castle and National Botanic Gardens of Wales. 

Breakfast had to be pre ordered. A choice of 4 options with a range of set serving times. I tried all 4 options - homemade granola, French toast with berries and maple syrup, avocado on toast with a poached egg, full English. They were all excellent. Beautifully cooked and presented with homemade sourdough and other fresh ingredients. The service was excellent and efficient. 

This B&B has aspirations to improve and if the standard of the food is a guide they will succeed. I would recommend a stay here but perhaps give them a few months to make the improvements they have planned to get best value for money. 

Definitely worth a stay
