Great stay at the Premier Inn, staff were lovely and friendly especially the lady on reception Ceila who could not do enough.
This lady deserves a promotion  :-) 
The area is a great location for shops and foot outlets and easy links to the motoway.

Lovely staff great hotel - all needs covered.  Very clean, good food comfortable beds, goods security.  Great location.  Restaurant very clean and tidy. All staff clean and smart, very welcoming on arrival and during stay

The Premier Inn at Catterick is a perfect location for the Theatre and surrounding places of interest. Third visit as a Xmas and New Year treat for my husband and myself. Can’t go wrong with Premier Inns.

The service was absolutely amazing the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable slept very well you do only receive one pillow per bed and two extra in a bag but reception happily provided us with more special mention to steph on reception greeted us with a warm welcome and flash made conversation with the kids she was amazing would definitely stay here again it was an amazing experience 

The staff were super friendly when I stayed for 2 nights. The FOH and reception team plus the chefs all were great. Vashy thank you for checking me in and ensuring I had everything I needed.
Housekeeping team did a marvellous job. Breakfast was on to notch . Will be booking with you again soon. Merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Fantastic experience. From friendly smile and welcome on arrival to cheery and easy departure this was a very well run hotel. 
We had an issue with the water supply to the hotel during the stay but the staff provided bottled water and kept us updated until the issue was resolved. 
Clean rooms, helpful cleaners. 
No fuss and an easy stay.

We arrived late and were greeted with a very friendly reception, who made us feel most welcome.  The room was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed including a kettle and lots of coffee. The free car parking was a bonus and the breakfast is the morning was a really good buffett with lots of choice, we will certainly be returning when we stay in the area again. 

Long story short we left our original hotel because it was absolutely awful,couldn't stay it was so dirty, booked here at very short notice and the lady at the desk I'm sure her name was Celia was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us, definitely a warm welcome, clean rooms heating on and couldn't wait to kick my shoes off, thank you so much 

Had an excellent stay at this Hotel the Staff are so friendly and helpful rooms are always spotless and plenty of clean towels and hot water. Bar has a Great range of drinks and also plenty of different Bar snacks. Parking is right on the Door step and is free of Charge.

An easy stay, with great and friendly staff

Friendly Service

Warm room warm stay warm welcome 

I received a lovely welcome from Yvonne, when I came to check in on Friday. Then when I went to my room is was immaculate! Lauren & Lianne had made sure it was perfect. And there was even a little gift in there from June, the DHM. The room’s A/C was good & the room was nice & quiet too. Very enjoyable stay - thank you.

Amazing Stay

We stayed here for the night before our trip to The Polar Express in Wensleydale . It was absolutely perfect. The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a wee bag of Christmas drawings, crayons and chocolate which I thought was a lovely wee touch. The rooms were immaculate. As ex airline crew, I’ve stayed in many Premier Inn’s over the years. This is by far the best. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Excellent stay

Wow absolutely beautiful room! 
The smell was so clean and fresh, the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in the sheets was crisp white and smelt beautiful. The bath was huge and deep absolutely perfect water pressure. Everything was so easy to use loads of information for me. I was greeted by the most pleasant man at reception I think his name was Danny who was friendly, funny and kind. The breakfast was delicious huge variety for us to choose from. Staff was friendly and smiling. Over all 10/10 I’m definitely coming back here just for the full 8 hours of sleep I got I’m still dreaming about this bed haha

Immaculate bedroom

Had the most amazing thoughtful thing ever happen to me at this hotel all thanks to the man on reception called Danny. He paid for our breakfast from his own pocket after seeing how distraught I was after coming to the wrong premier inn.  He was so good to my son giving his some sweets and calming us both down after a terrible drive due to terrible weather.  He’s absolutely restored my faith in humanity, honesty what an absolute gentleman.
