This was the chosen place stay as we had a camper van and the free car park made the difference. hotel was so quiet we ended up staying for 2 nights in order to get more rest and setup trip forward.
Friendly staff provided us with a new cable charger as our was suddenlly faulty. good stuff

As always with premier inns canwick didnt disappoint. great to see theyve got charging points for electric cars now makes staying here that much more accessible. Staff as always very friendly and attentive and room very comfy and clean which is always a bonus. will stay again

Although in theory all Premier Inn sites are the equivalent, I always find Lincoln (Canwick) to be of a higher standard than the others.  The staff are always very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, and the restaurant is very attractive.

Sad to see the reviews recently - every staff member I've come across during our multiple stays were brilliant - very knowledgable and kind. Also very undertsanding of the struggles with wifi seeing as they can't fix it themselves. Always a pleasant stay

Premier room was spotless. extra choclates upon request nothing too big or small from the staff. Great service and restaurant was very conveniant. would absolutely stay again, husband and I very much enjoyed our stay.

Arrived during a power cut - staff working were handling it very well, and still managed to get us into our room on the ground floor. Great service, and lights all came back on as advised and no more problems. Wifi however wasn't working through no fault of the workers and didn't work at all during our stay which was a bit annoying. But otherwise the stay was great.

Visited Lincoln for a few days and stayed at Premier Inn Sunday Night 02 Jul 2023. Jemma the receptionist was welcoming and charming and checked me inn without any problems. When I left the hotel the following morning I was surprised to see Jemma still at reception and asked if she had been there all night, she told me no she hadn't but she still appeared bright and bubbly, nice to see happy staff - however the hotel itself is a little tired and needs some attention. Will visit again. hope the hotel gets an upgrade to smarten it up somewhat.

We booked a Premier Inn as we have always found them to be reliable for cleanliness and comfort, at reasonable prices. Canwick nr. Lincoln didn't disappoint. Even our late arrival was drama free with friendly staff.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location but bit of a walk to most of the sites. Air con worked as it was HOT!! Restaurant overpriced and understaffed but not a reflection on the hotel itself. In dire need of an upgrade but clean and great staff so no complaints

Took another trip to lincoln to meet up with some freinds. always stay at this hotel. Had a lovely lady check us in and offered us a ground floor without even asking sadly didn't catch her name but she was working friday 30th evening, great attitudeand lovely clean room. Looking at the other reviews they seem to be a tad unfair, this hotel is fine and  clean whch is most important

Nice Stay

Cleanrooms, think people need to be kinder

Stayed at this hotel with kids and grandkids as first time in lincoln and while the building is looking a little run down, it's no reflection on the hard work within. Every member of staff I came across was incredibly helpful and informative. Jemma checked me in in the afternoon and Molly checked me out in the morning. Great team. Makes up for the old building.
