Excellent facilities,  spotlessly clean, welcoming hosts, reasonable cost, clean room and free on street parking. Another fabulous relaxing break at this family run B&B in the heart of beautiful Bridlington.We enjoyed a delicious belly busting breakfast each day we were there. Lots of variety available. We will be back soon. Xx

We had fantastic weekend Mandy and Tony are friendly breakfast excellent accommodation clean and tidy beds are really comfortable close to seafront and harbour shops pubs and good walks along top of cliffs views are excellent would highly recommend

10/10 stay nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. 
Breakfast is gorgeous and plentiful. 
Off street parking is available and in rooms there is tea and coffee tray with water bottles and a fab selection of drinks and biscuits. Can not fault this hotel and already booked for next year 😀

This is Our 2nd trip here and will definitely return.  Our ensuite room has a bath aswell as a shower which is a rarity. Breakfast is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for mandi and tony. Definitely try here rather than the large corporations. Looking forward to planning outer next stay

I have never stayed in a cleaner or a better equipped guest house. The breakfast itself and the choices available were amazing. The hosts Tony and Mandi are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was immaculate, well presented, beautifully decorated and contained all the furniture that we needed. There are lots of electrical sockets in the right places for hair etc. our tea and coffee facilities in the room were over and above what was expected, the same with bathroom toiletries . We are going back

As soon as we walked through the door we got the feeling that the building is loved & well cared for. Mandi & Tony have recently taken over & it is apparent that they have put their hearts & souls into making it a home from home for their guests. Every inch is meticulously clean & thoughtfully decorated. Rooms are cosy & we were provided with every extra we could wish for; biscuits, toiletries, fluffy towels, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the bath & shower - full size bathrooms here not cupboard sized en-suites! If it's not in the room, you just ask & it appears. After a peaceful sleep, the enormous freshly cooked breakfast set us up for the day. This is excellent value for money. Highly recommend & we will not stay anywhere else when in the area.

Amazing place to stay very welcoming and homely breakfast was truely amazing room was so comfy and clean the owners went above and beyond to cater for us we will dedo be staying again nxt year as no were else will match this

Absolutely wonderful! 
Recently taken over by the most fantastic hosts, who could not do more for their guests. The attention they pay to the small details makes all the difference, from bottles of water in the room to the products for use in the bathroom...simply divine! 
Breakfast was fresh, using quality products and incredibly filling. 
The Guest House is ideally located for the beach and harbour, we enjoyed fantastic walks in glorious weather.
Well done Mandi and Tony, I wish you all the best in your new venture!

Myself, my wife and our two grandchildren 11 and 10 had a 3 night stay at the Longleigh Guest House from the 26th July. The guest house is now run by Mandy and Tony. The guest house had been recommended by a family member. Mandy and Tony gave us all a wonderful and friendly welcome as we arrived and made us feel at home immediately. 
Tony provided me with a parking permit so I could park outside the guest house free of charge for the duration of my stay. We were shown to our rooms on the top floor and decided to unpack. Unlike lots of guest houses there was ample wardrobe and drawer space for all our clothes. 
The following morning we had our first breakfast. Wow!! A plentiful selection of cereals and fruit juices in addition to croissants etc. This was followed by a full English breakfast and I mean FULL. Your choice of how much. Bacon,sausage both sourced from a local butcher after Mandy and Tony had checked out every local butcher. In addition there was egg, beans, tomatoes and hash browns, again all selected from local stores after intensive research as to which were the best. 
All three breakfasts were of the same quality. EXCELLENT. 

I cannot recommend this guest house too highly. Mandy and Tony go out of their way to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. 

Give the Longleigh a try you will definitely not be disappointed.

Excellent Guest House with Superb Food

We stayed here over the weekend just gone. The place is spotlessly clean. One thing we did note upon arrival was a smell of smoke that appeared to be masked by air freshener, I wondered perhaps if the owner Rita smoked? Rita told us she had a large selection of teas and in the end I assumed the odour was actually one of her fragrant teas, it was quite strong and thankfully not noticable in our room but would put us off stopping again sadly. We were shown to our room by Rita the owner who is very house proud. Again, the place room was spotless but like most of the building a little outdated with lots of floral curtains and artificial flowers. The room was very spacious and full of light. The en suite was again spotless and the fluffy white towels like new. We heard no noise from any other guests at all whilst in our room, the only noise being the seagulls in the morning but that's Bridlington for you! The bed itself was comfortable enough, the bedding clean if a little dated. Breakfast was really nice with a selection of cereals, fruit & yoghurt followed by a lovely full english cooked to perfection. The visit was worth the budget price that we paid however the overwhelming smell would put us off staying again. I should also add that whilst the owner Rita is a lovely lady and really helpful she became a little overbearing at times. If I don't like bacon I can promise you I really don't want to try some however nice it is, yes I'm 100% sure!

Lovely little guesthouse

My Partner and I stayed at Longleigh Guest House whilst visiting Blackpool.  From booking the accommodation the communication with Tina, the owner, was excellent. 
Having the opportunity to state what time we were arriving allowed Tina to get our room ready upon arrival, which was earlier than the 'official' checking-in time. 

From arriving at the front door, through the hallway and up to our bedroom the Guest House is absolutely spotless, you will also see some amazing art which Tina has placed throughout the property. 

Our room has a nice lobby area which had a wardrobe and mirror, a perfect dressing room which enabled the bedroom to have more room for two lovely chairs to enjoy a read or the TV whilst having a cup of tea. 
The bathroom was pristine, there was a shower cubicle and toiletries provided. 

Upon arrival Tina asked about any dietary requirements for breakfast and what time we would like to eat, between 7am and 9am.  Breakfast was served in a lovely room overlooking the garden, it was fresh and hot with a choice of coffee strengths. 

Overall a really lovely B&B based in Bridlington.

We stayed for one night this weekend,it is absolutely a little gem,Tina made us so welcome,it is spotlessly clean throughout,our room was lovely and with plenty of room, breakfast was excellent,all freshly cooked and all ingredients locally sourced,a fabulous stay & we will definitely stay here again.

This was our second trip here to and was bought as a birthday present. Tina sent the receipt in a beautiful handmade card to give to my girlfriend (If you can call someone in their mid 40s 'girl!). Not only did this save me having to buy her a birthday card, I also managed to pass it off as all my own work!

Anyway back to the hotel.....parking right outside, breakfast made to order (Tina even cooked my eggs without whites!), rooms spotlessly clean, chocolates on arrival.

Fortunately Tina has a great sense of humour and realised I was pulling her leg when I told her I was gluten free, lactose intolerant with a severe nut allergy on arrival.

We won't stop anywhere else in Brid and can't wait to go back!
